Free street parking only. Two blocks from both the east beach and the main downtown strip with many restaurants, cafes, and shops. A short walk to the park and to the main Cobourg/Victoria West Beach. A short drive to several amenities, including spas, hiking trails, fishing, and wineries.

I am located less than a minute walk, across the road from the beach and waterfront trail in a fully furnished, newly renovated basement suite (new ceilings, floors, appliances , Kitchen etc). Parking included along with a private entrance with secluded patio and bbq. For your private use. Living room includes pull out sofa and sofa. Portable blue tooth speakers, apple tv, Netflix, Prime, Disney + , Crave and high speed wifi. Dining room table , includes queen size bed, double and single bed.

Newly constructed, large, bright, quiet (800 sq. ft) loft in our house. Only 2.5 km from highway 401, 15 km from 407 and 21 km to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. This self contained bachelor style apartment with kitchenette and laundry facilities, is accessed through a private entrance. The full second story of our house, looks onto the treetops from all directions. Close to stores/restaurants but away from traffic. You will have a key to lock the side door entrance and the Airbnb space.

A short stroll to the best Cobourg has to offer (Victoria Park & Beach, West Beach Boardwalk, shops and restaurants). Driveway parking on site for 1 car.
