Residence is appx. 800 steps to the ocean or you can drive with (FREE Beach Parking) and river access is in the backyard with dock usage. The residence has 3 Kayaks / beach chairs & towels / cooler / umbrella all available to use. Inner net is available and high speed. The rental space has your own private entrance to a 2 bedrooms, kitchen (ice maker), washer & dryer, with a bathroom and upstairs deck all to enjoy. The living space is approximately 1000 sq. ft. fully furnished.
