We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

The apartment is part of our newly built main residence but has a separate entrance & is totally private & self contained. Dolphin Tracks overlooks adjoining reserve and is just 130 m to estuary with beautiful Valla Beach just beyond via bush tracks through nature reserve. Surfing fishing snorkelling and Whale/Dolphin watching (seasonal) a short walk away. Dolphin Tracks Beach Apartment is perfect for 2 but can accommodate 3 with sofa bed in lounge. Easy walk to 2 cafes plus Valla Tavern and pharmacy. Nambucca is a 10 minute drive for shopping, cinema, restaurants and Golf. Coffs airport 30 mins away.
