Joseph runs the show whilst the more reserved Gerlin supports him whenever needed. They invited us to attend morning Mass with us, and Joseph joined us for a basin of yaqona on our 2nd night. We booked for 3 nights, stayed for 4 and will spend another night whrn we get back to Kovalam next week. The sparklers are comfortable and extremely clean snd tidy. The garden is a haven for flower and fruit lovers. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a safe, clean and quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of Kovalam Beach.

Definitely our fav place to stay, the best in town to meet up with friends and have endless talks, thanks to the host for making our stay as peaceful as always. Will be visting soon again🤘

I have been staying at Airbnb for a long time, and I have to say that this is one of the best experiences I have had. Squeaky clean place, very very nice hosts. They are always there to help in a very thoughtful and non-intrusive way. We all wished that we could stay there longer. I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The room was incredibly neat and clean, making me feel right at home. The host was very attentive, providing all the necessary facilities and going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Jithin is a amazing host, he was kind enough to give us a early check-in. The rooms are pretty decent and both the rooms are equipped with AC (Much needed for the summer). Bathroom was clean and the TV was working fine. He has managed to put a playstation as well. loved the stay here. for basic cooking we used the kitchen to cook tea, coffee.

Such a nice, beautiful and pleasant place it was. A nice place to hangout for a group of friends or families together. We had a very pleasant time at the stay. Host is super responsive and very helpful. We would definitely prefer visiting again. Stay is worth the price and has good amenities in the home.

Wonderful place that truly feels like home! Located right in the heart of Trivandrum city center, this cozy and clean home is exactly as shown in the pictures. It's not a luxury stay, but it’s perfect for families or groups of 5 to 6 people looking for a comfortable and convenient place. There are grocery stores and small vegetarian restaurants just a short walk away. All the main attractions in Trivandrum are easily accessible, and getting around is simple with autos and taxis available right outside, plus a nearby bus stop. Jay is a great host—very helpful and responsive—and the check-in and check-out process was completely hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a spacious, homely stay in TVM!

Great place to stay, walking distance from Sunset point. Host was very responsive and tried his best to make sure the overall stay was comfortable.I had to reach out to host for few questions and he explained the things very well. He helped to get an auto for early train I had to catch. The stay was overall awesome and pleasant. Would surely love to stay at JK’s place if I ever git a chance to visit Kanyakumari again.
