Locking gate at the top of the stairs.There is not a kitchen. Not recommended for guests who what to cook. Two bedrooms one full bath and one half bath. LGBTQ always welcome. Easy drive into Burlington. We provide 2 bikes and 2 kayaks. The kayaks are at the beach so easy in and out. We also provide a bike rack if our guests need to rent more bikes. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, Olive oil and many spices and condiments.
