One of the best houses at Sams. The private cove is amazing! We left our boat parked at the cove. The kitchen is very well stocked. Beds were comfy. Patio was private with outdoor shades and a cozy firepit. Remember to bring some beach chairs..we forgot ours.

Great place, very clean and lots of room! Plenty of parking and a huge front porch.

The convenience of the home and James accommodations made our stay easy and simple. Amenities of the home was great after long day on the river. Myself and gusts were very pleased . Would highly recommend. Thankyou again James’

We had a phenomenal stay. The house was located in the most ideal location to launch our boat and get good food. We were extremely grateful to find a place that our dog could come with us and be welcomed. We were able to make several meals in the kitchen and on the grill without issue. The amenities for this house were over the top and we look forward to returning. The best part for us was being able to find a place to store our boat and three vehicles with two of them being trucks. We can’t wait for our next trip and hope this place is an option we can choose. Thank you so much!

A family get away here was definitely what we needed this home was very open and had enough room for about seven of us. We enjoyed our view and the place itself very clean . Only issue we had was a shower in the master bedroom with the water not turning on but surly enough we got it to work nothing negative !!

Justin’s place was just what I was looking for. A nice big, clean kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful outdoor deck. The air conditioning was nice and cold as well. I also liked that I could park my vehicle inside the gate. Justin was always very responsive if there was an issue. I would definitely go back.

We had such a great time staying in Bombay Beach! It’s such a unique place filled with amazing art and character. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, offering tons of great local recommendations and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We’re looking forward to coming back :)

Location cannot be beat! Have stayed in the condo complex before, but first time staying at this one. Loved the way the kitchen was setup. Really nice to sit on the 2nd floor balcony and relax at night. Will definately want to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Chandler very much! The location was great and near some good restaurants. We loved the lake and enjoyed walking to a local office shop as well as taking in some sights. The heated pool and hot tub were great, especially the one with the lake view. We didn’t use the pickle ball courts but it was nice to have them located right there if you wanted too. We also enjoyed having the kitchen stocked with most everything you could need to cook with. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come again!

This was our first time traveling with our 6mo baby. We were welcomed by our amazing host on our first day, we noticed they went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable to reach out to them for anything we needed. We were gifted some amazing pastries to try. We are extremely grateful and will definitely book this Airbnb for another trip! Everything was amazing from the coffee bar, snack bar, pillow selection and amazing views we enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you!

The location was perfectly centered in Lake Havasu making many things within walking distance and you could get almost anywhere within the city within 10 minutes. The other residents were extremely friendly and helpful in providing recommendations.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. The condo was supplied with everything we needed. Danielle contacted us the evening we checked in to make sure everything was what we expected. It was great to have the walking path right outside of our gate. It was a beautiful spot to relax and watch all of the boats go through the channel. We would definately come back!

3rd Time I have stayed here. Definitely the first place I check for availability anytime I am coming to Payson.

Karen’s place is beautiful with AC, private parking and nicely located in a quiet, private, friendly and safe gated community with access to a private beach and to a clean pool. Nicky and Karen were very nice. The community We loved it and we had a great time! Definitely coming back!

Rented this for a week so I could help put up my grands and son with me as we focused on the Whiskey Mountain Bike Race that my daughter was competing in. The house was perfect for our needs. TV's worked great for the grands. Outdoor fire pit was great and all the wood available was appreciated! Sadly, I didn't get to enjoy it much as I ended up in the hospital in Prescott (Yavapai vis Dignity Health) due to asthma/elevation/allergy all kind of the perfect storm. So my son Dan and the kids enjoyed it! Plenty of utensils, plenty of linens and blankets and lots of games for the kiddo's too. Dang I didn't get to thump my son in horshoes this time. Inside the RV park everything is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Outside of the park the area is run down but still clean. The park is within easy access to the freeway and any local attractions. I would definitely rent this again.

We had a lovely stay at WillowPoint Creek Casita . The setting was peaceful and scenic, with easy access to trails, town, and nature. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and the pool—even though it was too cold to swim. The dirt road leading into the property, including a couple of creek crossings, made getting there feel like a fun little adventure. The house was well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials, and the hosts were responsive and welcoming, even providing a helpful local guide. We loved the quiet nights, clear skies, and the chance to truly unwind. Do be prepared for spotty cell service and slow internet—but honestly, that was part of the charm. It gave us a chance to disconnect and be reminded of the pace of everyday life. The only downsides were that the house could use a deeper clean, and the front gate was broken during our stay, which gave us some safety concerns. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway!

I don’t know how I stumbled upon this place and it came out such a wonderful time. I will definitely be back. I even stayed an extra three days. I loved it the first cabin so much.

Robert and Lynn's place was beautiful find! this was a bucket list check off since it was on the river and close to all the hot spots and at the same time very peaceful at night which is what we wanted. We will be coming back!
