Our second time staying at here. Definitely, one of the best places I've stayed for a quick trip to the city. I always check to see if its is available when I know I'm heading to St. John's. They are very accommodating and friendly.

It has always been my go to BNB in St John’s. Nothing can beat the hospitality and care of Peggy alongside the property’s amenities, features, location. Recommend it for future NL visitors as the best in town.

We were able to do the 3 flights of stairs. Great shower and 3 beds. Loved having a kitchen. Nice to be across from Bannerman Park. Close to downtown and the harbour. Lois was very responsive to messages and what we needed. We were able to stay longer on check out day because of late departure at airport. This really helped with luggage.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, exactly as advertised in a suburban neighborhood.

I’ve never been to an Airbnb that had everything I needed besides this one. It’s clean and in a quiet location. I travel a bit for work and this place just made everything stress free. 10/10.

Very clean place easy to communicate with would stay here any time

Lucy was an AMAZING HOST and soooo accommodating. She had light snacks of soft drinks, coffee & tea, sugar & powdered milk, some chocolate. Her place is cozy, quiet, clean, modern and the bed was comfortable. Easy access in a residential area. Close to shopping via car but too far to walk. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again, and recommend her place to others.

Excellent location and within walking distance to downtown and many surrounding parks and trails. Very quiet and safe area. Nick and Rebecca's place was cute, clean and perfect for our stay while we attended the Churchill Park festival. Will definitely book their place again in the future! Thanks so much.

Brandon’s place was a great location, 10 min walk from everything you could need or want to do! Very clean, perfect size for a single or couple. He was very quick at responding as well overall I would definitely recommend!

Thank you Paul we absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Paul was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Slava was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was top notch, we would highly recommend.

Helena’s suite was very clean and nicely prepared for us. It had everything we needed. Having the private parking spot and separate entrance was wonderful. She was very pleasant and responsive to our messages and provided us with guidance regarding our specific interests in the St. John’s area. We will stay at her suite again if we visit St. John’s.

This AirBnb is sooooo beautiful and I would definitely recommend !! The massive bed was so comfortable and luxurious, and the pull out couch bed was huge and comfy, lots of extra sheets. Huge TVs in each room. The shower was awesome and a huge kitchen! The artwork and decor were so so fun, big fan! Instructions were clear! It was definitely a noisy place to stay, being on the ground floor and right by a busy road, so the earplugs they provided were very courteous and appreciated ! I would have liked some more communication from the host, personally. They never answered any of my messages, so luckily I didn’t have any questions or concerns bc I’m not sure how responsive they would have been! But that didn’t end up being an issue and didn’t impact our stay in the end. Overall, an awesome place to stay within walking distance to the historic downtown !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Bobbi had playpen and highchair there for us when we arrived for our 8 month old. Very clean, would recommend!

Great guy, met me at the airport, took me to the bus. Warm, cozy room. What else does a traveler need after wandering around on planes for a week. There are restaurants with accommodation nearby. I liked everything, whenever I'm in St. John's, I'll always stay with him

Andrea was a lovely host and very accommodating to our needs. The place was just as pictured, and she added a personal touch to every corner of it. We felt right at home as Andrea thought of stocking the house for every possible scenario, whether it be food, utensils, games, bathroom supplies, books, etc. The lovely house was very cozy as well, with heating controls in every room. Andrea was also kind enough to decorate the place with goodies and flowers for our belated Valentine’s Day celebrations. She was also very responsive to all our messages. All in all, we had a very relaxing stay at her East End Gem, and we would certainly like to return in the future. :)

The most beautiful location for a family gathering, such as ours. The cookhouse was an unexpected surprise and gave the boys a place to enjoy. The roomy layout allowed for a very successful get together and your outdoor spaces and hot tub were a true success. Perfect location for daily activities along the Avalon coastline, would love to return. Thank you Crystal & Wayne
