The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

The Barn at White House Farm 1800's 3 bed Barn

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

This cosy, spacious, newly renovated guesthouse is situated in the village of Waddington. It consists of an open planned studio, with a separate bathroom and mini kitchen. The guesthouse boasts plenty of amenities: mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine (selection of pods supplied by us), large double bed, dining table and chairs, plenty of hanging/storage space, smart controlled heating, free wifi, TV. This space is within minutes of the heart of Lincoln City by car/public transport.

Our large fully fenced garden has it's own boules court, dining furniture and sun loungers. We also have a large private parking area. If you love Tattershall Lakes and want spacious premium accommodation and privacy then our place is ideal for you.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Set in a beautiful & quiet location, just 5 minutes walk from the main complex, this 2 bedroom, 6 berth lodge has something for everyone. Situated on the water-ski lake, with fantastic views from the open plan living area, hot tub, decking and private garden. Recently refurbished and re-freshed. If you wish to use the on site facilities, you will need to purchase Tattershall Lakes Facility passes through ourselves.

We are located right on the water's edge with beautiful views of the Water Ski Lake with only a 2 minute walk to all the amenities.
