Our spacious studio guesthouse in Tyrolean Village is only 7kms south of Jindabyne & 30 minutes from the ski fields. It has amazing views, off street parking, a gorgeous bathroom and good storage. It has a queen bed, large TV with streaming services, lots of DVDs, books and free wifi. All linen is supplied. It is only a short walk to the lake and stunning bush- tracks. Also on the site is a Swedish Cedar Sauna available to RENT to soothe those muscles after a hard day of exercise.

Just ten minutes to the Ski Tube. Winter or summer direct access to the Alpine Way with no queuing through Jindabyne. Please note we are unable to charge EV or HPEV vehicles at our property.

Adorable Bush Guest House with 1 or 2 Queen Beds

Guest House pricing is based on number of guests and number of beds used. Displayed rate is based on 1-2 people using 1 bed. If a 1-2 person booking uses both beds, an additional $100 will apply. Bookings for 3 and 4 people assume both beds are used and will be charged as per person. Located between Tathra and Merimbula. It borders Bournda National Park which offers beaches, a lagoon, and 2 lakes only minutes away. There are plenty of hiking and mountain bike trails nearby.

Mountain Bliss

Set on a rural property, at an altitude of 1100m, with expansive views of Lake Jindabyne and the Snowy Mountains, all three arms to the snowy river and 3 mountain ranges can be viewed from this recently rennovated duplexed guesthouse. The sunsets are spectacular, the moon and the cloud formations are forever changing and no evening is ever the same. The property is home to an eclectic array of friendly and domestic fur and feathered friends.

Kookaburra Cottage is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the tranquil country outlook while being only minutes to Queanbeyan and Canberra. Fully self contained and separate from the main house, the cottage has everything you need for a getaway - a spacious bedroom with a king sized bed, a kitchen with the basics, a comfortable living area with a smart TV, wifi and air conditioning in both rooms to keep you warm or cool depending on the season.

Light filled space in my fully self contained studio. Private entrance and seperate to the main house this little oasis is a freshly renovated space. You'll have your own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and parking space. The balcony is such a sun trap so perfect for morning coffee session or evening wine and cheese time. I have two pets on the property but will be in main house (a golden retriever & a ginger cat).
