Our stay was brilliant, the house was perfect for the whole family of 10. Very neat, tidy and clean. Comfortable and felt like home. Our hosts were brilliant with response to communications, dealt with any questions or concerns we had very efficiently, and were very friendly. We would stay again if we needed a place for the whole family again. Loved it

Cute little cottage close walking distance to the Main Street in town. Many amenities provided. Easy check in. Beds slightly uncomfortable but nothing terrible. Would stay again.

Had a very good stay! Lovely place, really clean and fit 10 people very comfortably! The view in the morning was beautiful! We love to leave our stays as clean as when we arrive, so my only suggestion is to have a few more cleaning supplies like cloths. Other than that I hope we left the place well, would definitely stay again :)

Such a lovely, restful location. Plenty of space and lots of beds, stunning views from the deck, highly recommended.

We loved our stay at The Boathouse. It has a lovely peaceful view - the best in Clayton Bay - and is very thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a relaxing, worry-free stay. The deck is a great spot to sit and read, sunbathe or watch the sunset. Just the right size for our family of four, and the layout makes the most of the view. Thank you for a wonderful break!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed and as always, the house was spotless and the bedding was clean and soft its like a home away from home. There is everything there that we may need in the house. I forgot my towels but Luckly they supplied clean crisp towels, the shops are around the corner and there are restaurants close by but not to close. I highly recommend a stay here im about to book next years stay. well done Chris and Betina.

Fantastic holiday home with many thoughtful touches. The house is exactly as pictured, super clean and very welcoming. We loved the coffee station and sincerely thank you for welcoming pets into your home - we love traveling with our dog. Clayton Bay is a pretty little town and lovely to visit especially in summer.

Lovely character cottage set in beautiful grounds. Our dog was settled here. Heather meeting us and showing us around on arrival, plus the provisions left, were nice touches. It was good to be able to walk our dog (on the lead) in the gardens. Enjoyed being close to the town centre and historic High Street. Graham’s local knowledge was very useful.

Stayed at the Rainshadow Retreat for 4 nights to celebrate my first wedding anniversary. The place is beautiful! Great if you want to rest away from the city, have the nature around you, serenity and calmness. With I would’ve stayed longer! ✨

beautiful vacation house with a breathtaking backyard view. You could easily have meals at backyard while day-dreaming overlooking the pelicans at the deck or inside the house. the kitchen is also very complete, including 2 coffee makers, breville coffee machine and pods, soda stream, nutriibullet, cooking equipments, baking equipments etc etc. not to mention all the herbs, sauces and condiments, almost all are all provided. my nephew was very fond with playing pingpong and basket ball, he spent most of the time playing those two games. my husband n bro in law enjoyed bbq and cooking while we were there. cooking at the long pantry with a view was dreamy! Sam & Trent also provided us a welcome basket and a tiny basket of dog treats, dog bags, and wipes for our yorkshire too. well thought out, amazing service throughout. we appreciate they checking up on us on the second day, asking if we need anything else, they were just a message away. all the best. frederika

From the moment you book a stay at Cristal, you know you have made a great choice. The communication from Ron is friendly & informative. Check in details are clear and easy to follow Once you then arrive at Cristal, your mind will be blown! It is stunning. Everything has been considered and thought of. Seriously everything! All you have to do, is walk in and relax! Fully stocked kitchen, wine glasses a plenty, coffee machine & pods, bbq, kayaks, life jackets, beach towels, shampoo, etc. Everything is at your finger tips. The only issue we had was deciding where to sit! There are so many perfect spots to enjoy both Cristal & the stunning surroundings! The perfect place to relax! My only regret is that I didn’t stay for longer! 🥰

Bill's Boathouse is the perfect place for a peaceful and private staycation. A great place for solo time spent with my boy Kevin (my dog). The pelicans and relaxing still water were topped off by beautiful sunsets each night. Highlight was Kev (my dog) who enjoyed feeding the swans and the ducks the most when he wasn't lazing in the sun.

The house was beautiful and cosy, we felt right at home for our stay. Check in was simple, the home was very well appointed and the gorgeous kitchen was excellent to use as well as the laundry/dryer. Very close walking distance to town made it easy to get around.

Spacious accommodation, enjoyed our stay, really appreciated the basic fridge items supplied to get us started on arrival.

We had an amazing Easter long weekend at this property with our 2 sons and 2 dogs. The proximity to the lagoon and the available kayaks are fantastic. We’ll be back!
