We had a wonderful stay here and cannot wait to come back! Jennifer is amazing as a host, quick responses and so helpful. She gave us a list of things we could whilst we were there which was so helpful. The apartment is so cosy and was spotless when we arrived. The holiday village is fantastic for kids. The swimming pool is easy to book online and the playroom is great for the younger ones. The restaurant is a bit on the expensive side but we were able to cook in the apartment, each evening. The double air fryer was super handy! We loved this place and genuinely cannot wait for another visit.

The place was amazing, great location and the scenery was beautiful. Lorraine provided a great list of local amenities too which helped greatly. The apartment is walking distance from the Beatrix Potter attraction so that's well worth a visit including the cafe.

My wife, daughter, and I had a great time. The apartment was very well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean and tidy. Spacious living room for playing games around the dining table or watching a movie while stretching out on the sofa. Just a short walk into the main town of Bowness-on-Windermere, up a slightly steep hill but we are in the Lakes for walking. We all found it very relaxing and we’d be happy to come again.

Lovely stay at Eden’s Annex. Very peaceful and exactly as described. Karen is a very good host and would recommend the place to anyone staying in the area.

Great location in the middle of Ulverston. Kitchen had everything we needed and when we needed to we pressed 'boost' on the heating controls and the house heated quickly. very cozy, homely house. Would recommend and stay again

Fabulous stay. We loved the house (which was accurately described). It was perfect for me and my family. We loved making breakfast and dinner in the huge kitchen. Would love to stay again when in the area.

What a lovely place to stay! Kirkcudbright is a delight and this cottage was in an ideal location to access everything. We booked 3 nights and didn't move the car at all! The cottage is spotless, comfortable and very well equipped. Eric and Catherine were easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will visit again for sure. Point to note is that most of the eateries were closed at the beginning of the week but it was April. And tesco is conveniently close by so not an issue. Thank you.

Very clean property, within easy walking distance of the city centre (and our son’s student digs). On street parking found easily, loved the garden and sitting in the sun with a coffee. Very clear instructions from Phillip and loved the fact we could bring our small dog. Would definitely like to stay again.

Such a wonderful stay! This cottage was neat and spacious, as was the garden out back. The hot tub was clean and well-maintained, felt great, and was easy to operate. Town is just a short walk through some really nice and scenic fields, with a Booths supermarket, a number of tempting restaurants, fun little shops, and interesting history all within easy reach. Really relaxing, quiet, and comfortable.

This little cottage was perfect for me and my partners trip to the lakes. The listing accurately represents the property. Inside was very clean and it came with everything you would need for a trip away. Couldn’t recommend more.

Stephens place is very close to the seafront and there are loads of amenities within walking distance. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything you need for a good stay..parking is avaible right outside the property. Definitely stay here again. Thanks 😊

Family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) just got back from 2 nights at Tom's simply stunning apartment. The photos don't quite do it justice for it's size with fantastic views, luxury touches & sun terrace with views of the front/sea. Tom was fantastic throughout our stay, arranged our luggage to be able to get dropped at Briggs early & messaged to give us a well received late check out!! We spent our time visiting the lake district, morcambe sea front & happy mount park. We ate in the cafe downstairs (Ritas) the market & ordered takeaways in the evening sitting around the well appointed dining table/island. Evenings spent relaxing on the HUGE comfortable sofas watch a movie on the HUGE tv. Have to say: the beds were so comfortable, the apartment so quiet in the evening we had the best night's sleep. Thankyou Tom & Tina .... your Airbnb in stunning & we will definitely return in the future.

An Easter Break at The Beehive ,Grasmere. From clear communication & instruction, The Beehive was a perfect place to spend the Easter Break in the Lake District. Accurate description, spotlessly clean. Complimentary bottle of wine and a lovely fruit cake on arrival . The decor was lovely throughout & the apartment had everything we needed during our stay. The views from the communal garden space were lovely & an easy walk into Grasmere took us to some lovely eateries . Really enjoyed the Distillery & The Swan Hotel . Rather than use the car we hopped on & off the regular 555 & 599 buses to Ambleside, Keswick . They were so easy & cheap too. With a flexible check in & out and great communication we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will surely return . Thanks

Beautiful apparent with lots of things to do aroud. Very clean and organised and a very friendly hoast. Spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Overall a beautiful weekend away.

Julie & Paul are incredible hosts! They were so kind, welcoming & very flexible. We had a lovely chat with them. The stay was absolutely perfect ! The place had everything we needed and was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The garden was stunning—such a peaceful spot to relax in. Highly recommend and would love to return! Nic was a great host, very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and tidy, there was a welcome pack which we were most grateful for. The apartment was a short walk from the Wintergardens and only a 10 minute walk from the sea front. Will be staying again next year

Another very pleasant stay in Allison’s flat in Penrith. It’s a perfect location in the middle of town, close to everything you need and just a few minutes walk from the train station. Clean, private and very quiet. Thanks again Allison.
