Delightful North Norfolk Victorian Retreat

Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

Printmaker's Cottage Guest Suite

Down a flowery lane on the edge of the village, our 1870 cottage is restored with traditional materials and an architect-designed extension. The guest suite is thoughtfully decorated with art and vintage furniture. Listen to birdsong on the veranda overlooking our lush garden. Relax by the fire or walk from our doorstep on footpaths and country lanes to scenic Heydon or Itteringham; both with proper country pubs and pretty cafes. The beach is just 20 mins drive, Georgian Holt 15 and Norwich 30.

Spurrell's Retreat

Steve & Angie are your hosts at Spurrell’s Retreat… a brand new, unique, self-contained, high-tech holiday accommodation, created, as part of our renovation of Manor House Farm. The Retreat offers stylish, peaceful and relaxing accommodation for two adults, open plan living/sleeping, a private raised patio with fire pit and gas BBQ, a separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna, all WiFi and audio connected. A few minutes walk along the quay into the pretty town of Wells which boasts an array of shops, cafes and restaurants & moments to the beach. You will not want to leave!

Squirrel Lodge

Sitting pretty within the Hawthorns Glamping site, Squirrel Lodge is the latest chic addition. With a contemporary feel throughout, this light and airy lodge is open plan living at its best, offering spacious studio accommodation to couples looking for somewhere really special for their break. This is laid back luxury at its best, with a well equipped kitchen, high end shower room and a lovely sitting room. There is also a seating area outside with a firepit to relax around.

Kingfisher Cottage at Itteringham Mill

Cosy bedroom on gallery above the spacious sitting room with wonderful views across the mill pond. Enjoy a drink and meal at our friendly local pub just 200 yards away or coffee and cake at our village shop just 5 minutes walk. Very peaceful but with easy access to coast and Broads. Perfect for nature lovers, birdwatchers and walkers. We still have availability in Kingfisher Cottage for the Walpole Arms beer festival 28-30 June. Lots of local beers, live music and BBQ.

The Garden Cottage

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful newly refurbished cottage on the outskirts of Aylsham in the beautiful county of Norfolk. This small market town is bustling with independent shops and many places to enjoy refreshments. The long distance footpath Weaver's Way is literally on the doorstep, or you could visit the Norfolk Broads, Blicking Hall or Cromer. The beautiful North Norfolk Coast is just a short drive away.

Beautiful cottage near the North Norfolk coast, freshly renovated for summer 2021. Hindringham is ideal for Norfolk's big sandy beaches, coastal walks, birdwatching, watersports at Brancaster, days out at Holkham Hall, Bewilderwood, Blicking or Felbrigg Hall, or mooching in Holt. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Elegant and cosy 3 bedroom chapel in Briston

Step back in time and stay at the lovingly restored old chapel. Dating back to the 19th century, the Chapel provides an authentic glimpse into the history of Briston and Melton Constable. On arrival the pretty courtyard garden with a seating area for alfresco dining, leads to an original oak front door surrounded by roses and potted bay trees, and has the advantage of off street parking.

The Space is a slice of 60s modernism with high angled ceilings and wooden interiors looking out onto a courtyard garden with a view of a meadow and orchard beyond. It is a calm and secluded retreat with log burner and underfloor heating resonant of the Scandi ‘hygge’ feel and within striking distance of the North Norfolk heritage coast and its pretty villages.
