Relax and enjoy the year round activities at Greek Peak Mountain Resort in our newly renovated modern mountain townhome. Located directly across the street from the ski hill, this home has great views and is a quiet end unit. Short walk to lifts or in season take the shuttle to the ski resort, nearby Hope Lake Lodge, or Adventure Center. Our space is laid out to maximize your comfort and enjoyment. One bedroom with a queen bed, a full-size murphy bed on the main level and there is an additional convertible chair/bed. You'll love our beautiful bathroom with rainhead shower. Stow your equipment in our locked ski closet. Snuggle in by the electric fireplace and play boards games. There is a well-equipped kitchen if you'd like to prepare meals "at home" or dine nearby at Traxx Pub and Grill or Carvers Steak House. Hope Lake Lodge has a waterpark and Waterfall Spa. Nature lovers and hikers can enjoy the Finger Lakes Trail system. The ski trails turn into mountain bike trails spring to fall. Getting married or attending a wedding at Greek Peak? This is an ideal location to give you some peace and quiet in between the fun and you can easily walk to venues if you prefer!

Station House

This is an 1890 house, with a train station theme. You'll enjoy the comfort of large spaces and plenty of seating everywhere. Enjoy a mini games table. Every seat in the living room has a clear view of a 65" TV. The dining room has a train station diner vibe, with a menu and vending signs. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes and a large refrigerator. Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms with room darkening curtains and soothing decor for restful nights. There's also an office.

All Seasons All Reasons Lake house

Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! SUNY Cortland is 8 and SU is 17 miles away.

You'll find that this home is conveniently located just seconds from Greek Peak Mountain Resort, 10-minutes away from downtown Cortland, and 25-minutes from downtown Ithaca. Enjoy amazing views of the surrounding hills and two-acres of yard from the 360 sq. ft. back porch which runs the length of the home. The year-round hot tub, beautiful outdoor porch, and large firepit are all ready and waiting for you!

Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.
