Excelente departamento, muy cerca del centro, todo super limpio y nos ayudo mucho que tiene centro de lavado, 10 de 10 este lugar y Caro siempre muy amable en la comunicación.

¡Una experiencia inolvidable en Las Catalinas! El hospedaje superó todas nuestras expectativas: impecablemente limpio, decorado con mucho gusto y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadía perfecta. La ubicación es inmejorable, a pocos pasos de la playa, restaurantes y senderos para explorar la naturaleza. El anfitrión fue sumamente amable y atento, siempre disponible para cualquier consulta. Sin duda, volveremos. ¡Altamente recomendado para quienes buscan relajarse y disfrutar de lo mejor de Guanacaste!

Cute, small place. It is true that you have a daycare right next to it, but I use it basically for sleeping and making breakfast and it was perfect for this.

Ana and Juan were very responsive to all requests for information. we had a truly fabulous stay, despite the train noise. Happy they slowed and we're less frequent at night. the 29th floor was incredible and the pool in the 8th floor amazing. Would very highly recommend.

Our stay was very good. The hosts were perfect in how they interacted with us. We had a problem with the air conditioner in one bedroom and they were very prompt to have it repaired. We asked if we could have a fan and within hours they delivered one. Always polite and positive. The bnb was comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location for us. The beds were comfy and the pool and shower was very refreshing. We recommend it as a great location for you to stay in Uvita.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul and Casa Aloha! Our group rented both units and the pool, yard and space were perfect for us. We had so much fun there! My youngest learned how to swim in the pool. Little birds and lizards visited every day. The kitchen is well stocked, there’s surfboards/boogie boards to borrow on arrival, and most things are walkable including the river and beach. Kelly is so friendly and helped us arrange a chocolate making class and assisted with our questions and needs. This spot felt like a home away from home!

If you are looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Playas del Coco, but be within reach of all the adventures this part of Costa Rica has to offer, we would recommend unit 37 in the Hermosa Heights subdivision. We found the unit and subdivision to be comfortable, safe and secure. There is an ocean view and a nice pool to relax. The patio is big enough for 6 and a nice place to send your mornings and evenings checking out the birds and local iguanas. The kitchen was well equipped, and we managed fine for 5 days. Any issues with water supply have been addressed. We lost power for an hour one day, but it was not an inconvenience. All the ACs and bathrooms were functioning fine; and the fact that there is a washer/dryer was really nice for a longer stay. There is a movie theatre, fish monger, wine shop and other amenities on prem. We did not have time to enjoy them all. The local beach requires a drive, but it takes less than 10 mins. There is parking for 1 car at the unit.

This place was very private and peaceful and still close to town. You cannot see any other houses from this house. We watched monkeys in the backyard daily. The cecdas are deafening so bring ear plugs to sleep. The pool was the perfect temperature and the back deck gets shade in the afternoon. The house is big and open and was very clean. There are not a lot of extras in the kitchen such as salt and pepper and the cooking utensils and pans are not great. The air conditioning and wifi work great. Overall, we would stay here again

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything a family needs. My wife loves to cook when we travel, and she felt right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked and she really enjoyed cooking there. There is a washer and dryer and laundry products. The apartment is very close to the city and supermarkets. A quiet and safe place. We will definitely come back again.

Staying at Miguel’s was a privilege- we truly felt at home there and couldn’t have asked for a better location, host or set up for our family of 4! The pool was fantastic, property was beautifully landscaped and we looked forward to our morning coffee under the pergola with the monkeys. Several great restaurants are walking distance to the house as well as Las Esquinas with a couple cute shops. We found it hard to venture too far from Avellanas beach because it was so clean, beautiful and relaxing. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Guanacaste area. Thank you Miguel!

The place is charming, very clean and tidy, and the smell of wood is pleasant. Very comfortable and beautiful. The view is spectacular. A very safe and lovely place, with many trails, a golf course, and a beach club with a pool, restaurant, and spa. The apartment has a washing machine and a very well-equipped kitchen. The beds are king-size and very comfortable. The shower in the master bathroom only has hot water, so if you want cold or cool water, you'll need to use the second bathroom. The beach is far from the apartment, but the walk to the beach club is worth it. Chris always responded to our questions and was very kind and approachable. We really liked it and will definitely return.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Playa del coco grâce à Scott! Tout a commencé par son accueil chaleureux lors de notre arrivée. Il est un hôte très soucieux des voyageurs du début jusqu'au départ, nous avons pu discuter avec lui. Il nous a fait de bonnes suggestions de restaurant et d'activités. La cuisine est très bien équipé, il y a de tout pour cuisiner et de bonne qualité. Les espaces sont propres et bien entretenus, incluant la piscine. Un dépanneur est à proximité. La plage est à 2 minutes à pied. Scott a tout prévu, même les chaises de plages et les chaises pour la piscine (ce qui n'est pas toujours inclus dans les autres ). On peut y entendre les singes hurleurs ainsi que les vagues par moment. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

Excellent logement, très bien équipé. Literie confortable, propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Guillermo avec qui la communication a été très agréable. Nous reviendrons!

We had a WONDERFUL stay! The condo was so clean and comfortable and we didn’t have a single complaint. Would 100% return and I look forward to checking out the hosts other rental properties.

Primero que todo felicitar a Mary por la excelente atención y trato respetuoso que nos brindó en todo momento, el lugar es realmente hermoso y cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. El acceso a la playa es de 5 minutos caminado, solo cruzar una calle y estás disfrutando de los mejores atardeceres. El lugar es impecable y está provisto con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera. Sin duda volveríamos a visitarlo!!

Everything about the place was good, my only minor complaints would be a) you must wear a bracelet the entire time you are staying and b) there was not any tableware, not even a spoon to stir coffee. Otherwise everything was as expected.
