The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. Please note - no lake or dock access available at this property. The apartment is in the basement of our house, but you'll have exclusive access to it via a separate entrance. We live in the house upstairs, so will be available to answer any questions you may have.
