Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Whether a short or long term stay, the apartment is perfect for a vacation or a business trip with full kitchen and super comfy bed to ensure a pleasant stay.

Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

The Lakehouse at Clearwater is close to Newnan, Senoia, Peachtree City, Atlanta, Falcon Aviation Academy, Dr. Agrawal Freedom Allergy, Callaway Gardens, Reets Drying Academy, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America You’ll love the Lakehouse at Clearwater because of its serene lake views, quiet atmosphere, and even a bit of fishing or swimming in the pool (May to September). The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Our home is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs along with 2 full baths. Laundry is also upstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped. Our home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurant and outdoor trails for biking, running, walking and golf carting. Close to airport and downtown. Before each guests arrive, all touchable surfaces are sprayed with sanitizer. All bedding, including comforters are freshly washed for each bed.

One for enjoying the morning quiet and the second has a gas grill and patio set,perfect for sunset meals.Our home was remodeled in 2020. Inside has beautiful,modern decor.There's a large,open kitchen,dining and sitting area for gathering.All new appliances and amenities for enjoying great meals together.Bathrooms are also all new.

Garden Flat – No steps Cozy studio with private keyless entry on lake front property at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is a self-contained unit in our carriage house with your own bathroom, washer/dryer and mini dry kitchen. Please note …there is a living space above the unit with 2 occupants and their service dog IRoh so there may be some foot noise and barking during the day. The TV is “smart". NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
