Cozy Cottage Close to Crater Lake

The cottage is a cozy suite for two for a romantic getaway or a quiet night in the country. The property has a large lawn area with picnic tables and firepit for watching the stars and cooking s'mores. Our Cottage is the perfect size for two. It features a king size bed and two swivel chairs for relaxing as well a table for eating or working. The kitchenette has a microwave, sink, and mini-refrigerator, as well as a Keurig Coffee maker, toaster and dishes for two. There is also a bbq supplied.

Conveniently located on Highway 42 with easy access to Winston, the Wildlife Safari and Roseburg (10 - 15 minutes) to the east and the Oregon coast-Coos Bay and Bandon (just 1.5 hours) to the west.

River Haven Cottage

This is a cute little cottage built in the 1930's on the Williamson River. Down river, there are trout in it for fishing, catch and release only, anyone over 12 must have a license to fish. The deck at the back of the house is partially covered. The river is also great for playing, swimming (a little cold in spring) and for kayaking. There is a kayak rental store in town. The air is usually warm, 70's & 80's, on summer afternoons. There are stairs to enter the cottage. Great place to relax.

The Old Farmhouse is just 5 minutes away from the Crater Lake National Park boundary. This is about as close as you can get to Crater Lake short of staying in the park at the lodge. (Note it is another 20-25 minutes of driving through the park to get to the top of the rim.) The Farmhouse is situated by open pastures and with an unobstructed view to the Cascade Mountain Range. Many which include a variety of birds, deer, our residential goats, pig, horses, bunnies, and our seasonal pond with mallards and frogs.
