We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

We started our little family vacation in Vilano Beach last year and decided to make it a yearly tradition. This house was perfect! It was a close walk to the beach and had everything we needed. There were plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc! Lori also provides a very detailed book full of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The neighborhood is so cute and perfect for walking the dog. The house was very accommodating for the pup as well. It was another fun filled vacation!

First time staying here, but we've always had a great experience staying at Lisa's properties in St. Augustine, always clean with thoughtful amenities, and very close to the beach. Lisa is an amazing hostess, and we're so lucky that she loves dogs!

Lovely house and neighborhood. Great hostess. We had a lovely relaxing time. Lots to eat and do/see around. Highly recommend staying here!

Wendy’s place was exactly as described. It was very comfortable but clutter free. The beach was very close, just about a block or so, on a quiet street. I loved that Wendy did not have a ridiculous cleaning fee or pet fee. We always clean up before we leave any Airbnb we stay in, so having expensive cleaning costs are always a turn off. Overall, the home was very clean and tidy. The couch was super comfy with automated recliners. Wendy provides plenty of beach supplies, as well as kitchen items for cooking. Everything worked! The giant Roku enabled tvs were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. April 31-May 5, 2025. First and foremost, the balcony is awesome, with that fantastic view. We had breakfast on it and enjoyed the sunrise every day. At night we watched the gorgeous heat lightning displays. We walked the beach every day. The condo is quite large and very clean, well equipped with towels and linens. The kitchen had everything you could need. The parking spot is the best. The elevators are very new - quick and quiet. Omid responded very quickly and answered all our questions. Everything was just as in the pictures. We will be back again. Thank you, Omid B&D

These were the absolute bests hosts we have ever encountered. So responsive and helpful. Truly amazing. Great place with a backyard pool and a short walk to the beach and to coffee and food.

Condo was great! Short walk across the parking lot to the public beach access. Kitchen was well stocked. Our kids loved the bunk/loft beds. Unit is on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator so be prepared for that. Super close to great restaurants, ice cream, & putt putt. We would stay here again!

Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. Grocery store is walkable and it is close to restaurants and activities. Will certainly consider for our future vacation. Thank you Tim and Melody!

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The home had a great layout and really nice outside pool and entertaining area. The beach was only a short walk away. The location of the home is perfect. Downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 min drive so you get a great historic city and beach all in one vacation.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. Christopher was such an amazing host! The home is even more beautiful than the pictures and truly GORGEOUS! A very short walk to the beach and the pool area was private and serene. The bed was sooooo comfy and everything was immaculate! Truly a gorgeous home, if you ever decide to sell, let me know Christopher LOL 10/10 recommend

Quiet, beautiful April stay! Lori and Kevin are very responsive, working hard to make your stay great. Excellent location with handy amenities walkable. Condo was accommodating and loved the blackout curtains!

Jodi was a great host and very accommodating. The residence and location was beautiful. We had a family of 8, four of them being kids. We went to the beach everyday and St. Augustine is a stone's throw away. Great place for a family vacation!

Pure paradise! Beautiful ocean views right from the lovely beach house! Everything we needed was provided even quarters for the pinball machines. Quiet relaxing section of Flagler Beach. Spectacular sunrises and a relaxing beach to enjoy long walks! The remodeled kitchen had upscale appliances and everything we needed! We look forward to returning this beach paradise!

The place was clean and super nice. It was private and beautiful. It had some unique features such as the outdoor shower which we enjoyed. It felt like we were right at home. The host was always responsive with questions or concerns. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful week staying at this location. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, close walk to the beach with everything needed for fun on the beach. The kitchen supplied all that we needed for our meal preps. It was a pleasure to lounge on the deck and listen to the sounds of the ocean. A great stay.

The views are worth the price alone. We spent so many hours just sitting in the swings watching the waves come in. The beach is as close to private as you will find. On the days we got out, St Augustine is a straight drive about 20-25 minutes away. Perfect combination of seclusion with all the activities you could possibly want just a short drive away.

Cecilia’s place is a beautiful home that answers every ask you could come up with both inside and out. From the garage to the third floor every amenity anyone could want is available and ready. The ocean views put you at the top of the Flagler beach ocean skyline and leave everyone staring as they pass by while you’re enjoying being at home on your private balcony.

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.

I had a great spring break stay with my 3 teen daughters. “The beach is our backyard!” was their first reaction to seeing it. Being removed from hotel areas, the beach was often empty except for us. The house was bright and clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Publix was a short drive away. The morning sunrise views were immaculate. Regarding the managers, when we had a power outage issue, they responded immediately and had the power company come out to investigate and resolve the issue. I’d absolutely stay here again.
