Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Apartment HMM is on the 1th floor in the old stone house so you can feel spirit of the old time. It is renovated in May 2017 ! It is sunny and comfortable apartment with gallery. This lovely apartment is ideal for 2 persons( but 3 persons can fit as well). It's equipped with: kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge), bathroom, washing machine, 2 cable TV´s, air condition,WI-FI Excellently located in the center of Split (but still you can reach it by car) in the old part of Split called Manus.

Mini Hill je mjesto za one koji traže više od udobnosti, traže iskustvo. Za one koji vole jednostavnost, koji uživaju u trenucima tišine i vjeruju da je ljepota upravo u malim stvarima. RA Kuća moderna je, drvena kuća smještena na proplanku okružena šumama. Posjed se nalazi izvan naseljenog područja, 0,5 km od glavne prometnice koja vodi u nacionalni park Plitvice Lakes. Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. Od Nacionalnog parka Plitvice udaljena je svega 20 km, 10 km od starog grada Slunja s magičnim Rastokama, te 15ak km od Baraćevih Spilja.

I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
