This is a large home on a large block very centrally located in Orange. Restaurants and coffeeshops are in an easily walkable distance. The home presents well and is very clean. Highly recommended.

Rob’s place was fantastic! It had everything we needed and more. Location was excellent. Nice and quiet street but 30 min walk to centre of town. Rob was an excellent communicator and very proactive with all the details required for checkin.

Jill and David`s home is exactly as described, true to photos, spotlessly clean, some lovely extras, the location is very quiet, it is ideal for families or groups plenty of space, we highly recommend it we wouldn`t hesitate to book again if we travel to Bathurst. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

The house is beautifully presented and just perfect for our large family. We had a wonderful few days catching up with family in Mudgee and Gulgong, and the location was just perfect. The house is far enough away from the main road to be very peaceful, and the views were lovely.

Our stay at this property was fantastic! We were two travelling families, each with kids, and the house provided the perfect space for all of us. The well-equipped kitchen made meal preparation easy, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying evenings around the fire pit. It was a great spot to gather, share stories, and let the kids roast marshmallows, creating memories we’ll cherish. We highly recommend this property to any large group or travelling families—it was a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable experience from start to finish. We hope to return in the future.

Stephen's property was a great little place to come back to after a hard days racing at AusChamps 2025. The crystal clear bird songs and bush surrounds was a sanctuary from the noise and business of the day. Stephen was a kind host, he made us feel most welcome at his property.
