Private 1 bedroom ground floor modern apartment in a beachside area. A Separate bathroom. Monday and Thursday between 6.30 and 9am the gym area will be used by us and a few friends. During this time the bathroom may be used. Private landscaped court yard. 10 minute walk to beach Buses to Manly, Warringah Mall, Chatswood and express buses to the city. Bus connects to the Manly Ferry. Close to cafes and restaurants at Dee Why Coastal walks to South Curl Curl, Freshwater, Queenscliff and Manly

Is a family neighbourhood with kids about, it can get loud at times during the day especially on weekends. Stairs down to the flat for those with mobility issues. (Studio update December 2025) - The studio will very unfortunately be next door to a building site.. Demolition and excavation are complete though there can still be general building noise. The builders hours are 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Very likely the normal peace and serenity will be disrupted during this time.
