Peace and quiet abound on this private, 58 acre farm. Located 15 minutes from beautiful downtown Elizabeth City, where you will find shopping, museums, and fine dining.

The property is located directly on deep water, so not suitable for children under 12! Guest can enjoy swimming, fishing, biking, and paddle boarding! NO PET POLICY !

Cozy Country Cottage

Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom house located about 45 miles to the beach, rather Outer Banks or Virginia Beach. We have a private pond located on one end of the property and the creek comes up to the other end. Great for launching your canoe or kayak there. Northwest River Marsh Game lands are located nearby. There will be free use of the boat ramp about half of mile away for your bigger water toys, hunting game lands and fishing.
