With high ceilings, lots of windows, a separate office (with fiber internet), large closet, and back porch with outside storage. With a pond to fish, feel like you are out in the country but only 8 miles to HEB (Supermarket) 7 miles to charming downtown Conroe. With restaurants, a Brewery a Meadery, lots of live music and many other activities. 17 miles has you eating dinner waterfront on Lake Conroe.

‘Haus House’ Studio close to the Lake

‘Haus House’ Studio is a 440 sq ft standing alone bungalow in a very quiet location yet close to all lake activity and great places to eat. The studio has a queen bed, wardrobe, living area, tv and WiFi. It has a kitchenette with a dining table for 2, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom has a nice marble shower. There is an outdoor seating area for down time and relax. While we live on the property, you have your own privacy, but if you need us we are close by.

Conveniently located private guest suite in a large house, with two bedrooms upstairs and private entrance, for up to five people. The location of this house is unbeatable. Right off I-45 and 242. Within 5 minutes from Lone Star College, HEB, Costco, Walmart, Sam's Club, the Woodlands Mall, Medical Centers. Two queen size beds in two rooms can sleep up to 4 people and one person can sleep on the sofa bed. We can provide a portable baby cot (for a child under 2 years old).

If you are looking to relax, need a little peace and quiet, take the kids on a weekend outing, or just need a nice clean place to stay in the area then Pine Island Farm is for you. . You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space is spectacular, quiet, serene. If you love the outdoors and animals you will love Pine Island Farms.
