A small pathway leads you to this quiet, secluded and unique a-frame in the woods that overlooks the stables. It has a loft bedroom. Downstairs there is a small shower bathroom, adequate kitchen and a comfortable living room space. The rustic setting draws you outside. The trees, the flowers, the hammock, the picnic table, this is where you will want to spend most of your time. It is stunning. "Just like a fairytale". Nestling in a quiet back street in the old part of Pelekas, this traditional village house dates back to the 19th century. It has been lovingly restored and offers unique accommodation at a very affordable price. Pelekas itself is located on Corfu's west coast, close to two of the island's best beaches - Kontogialos (Pelekas Beach) and Glyfada. Just a minute or so away from Avgi's House you'll find mini-markets, a bakery, restaurants, bars and souvenir shops.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
