The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. This is a private in-law living suite, with private entrance in rear and self check in. The studio has its own heating and cooling system and thermostat control. The spacious studio room offers its own full bathroom, kitchenette, and walk-in closet. A desk is provided for office work. It's all entirely separated from the main house and very private. Walk out of its door is a private balcony. You don't share anything with anybody except the parking space. The main house is also an Airbnb unit.
