Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.
