Great host and great place to stay. Communication was great and the host ensured we had everything we needed. I highly recommend.

The host was really responsive and tried to make our stay as good as possible. What I didn't realise is that the place is on top of a restaurant, so will not be very quiet. I believe it is new host, so he is doing excellent so far. The place is small but tidy and excellent for short stays. We visited Leicester for a day and it is a good stay if you like the night life. But if you value your quiet night more than everything, I'll suggest a place a bit further away from the main streets. Overall I like the place and will recommend it for young people who want to explore the city and probably the night life there.

Our host was very friendly and responsive. She made us feel right at home and the place was clean and bright. The location was very close to friends that we were visiting. Would definitely stay here again!

We celebrated my friend’s year sobriety at “the chicken place” (we nicknamed). It’s a home away from home, cosy quirky cottage! We had everything we needed and more, a cosy fire, plenty of bedrooms, lots of great games and the hosts left us some gorgeous treats (chocolates, biscuits, crisps and pop) which made our stay even better, we were overwhelmed. Chickens outside, hot tub and what made our stay even better - Kevin the cat!!!!! If you’re looking for the above, you should book!

Beautiful house in a peaceful location. Amy was very responsive and friendly. Gave us accurate information before the check-in regarding finding the place. The garden is Beautiful. Bed was so comfy. Felt right at home. Will definitely be back. Special Thanks to Amy for reminding me about my laptop which I left during check-out. And loved special company from Bleu.

Enjoyable stay at Daniel’s. Place was clean and well thought out. There is a small park nearby for children. We found Milton Keynes very easy to get around with great road infrastructure and there were lots of nice places to visit.

Perfect location for a short weekend stay in Oakham/Rutland Water - 5 minute walk to the main high street and railway station. Spacious, functional home with everything you need. Easy to access and plenty of space to park 2 cars. Peaceful area and easy to find and access. Really comfy beds and all the facilities were clear and easy to use as well as being super clean. James was great at communicating and provided clear instructions without prompt. Would return and stay here again in the future.

For what we wanted, a place for 3 people to stay after watching the rugby it was perfect. We just needed a place to crash and nothing else.

The house was in a very good condition: extremely clean and bright throughout.
