Suzanne’s place was perfect for my husband and me. It felt like a “home away from home”. We were able to truly relax in this home. This was our first time staying on the same site as a host and it was a fantastic experience. Suzanne and her husband greeted us when we arrived and helped us get settled in. We had full access to the outside amenities. The home/location was peaceful and well equipped with everything we needed. Next time we visit, we plan to bring our daughter because I know she would love swimming in the pool! Thank you for a great stay, Suzanne!

This stay was so perfect for our little group, we were in town for a retreat and had 6 of us in total for the stay and it was amazing! The house was so cute and beautifully decorated, as well as clean and comfortable! It was about 20min from nashville itself which was so nice, not too far away that it was a hassle but not so close that we were in the crowd the whole stay. I even left a tshirt in the dryer and the host was very understanding and kind and left it for me to turn around and pick back up! All in all it was an amazing stay with very kind and communicative people running the show!

A perfect stay. Came in for a week to spend time with family in the local area. Residence was clean and secure. Hosts were readily available and helpful. It was close to restaurants and other facilities. Everything made this trip a blessed event!!!

Bryan was very responsive and his place is very clean and accommodating. The outside area is beautiful and the inside was plenty big for our family of 7. We enjoyed our stay.

This was one of my favorite spots for an Airbnb, and I travel a ton. The hosts were sweet and responsive. The house was everything in the description and more - private, comfortable, and very relaxing. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a spot a bit outside of Nashville proper.

I had the joy of celebrating my 50th birthday—along with my twin sister—with our entire family under one roof: my husband, our parents, two brothers, and their wives. John and Sandee, your home is truly incredible. From the stunning views off the wraparound porch overlooking the river to the beautifully decorated, antique-filled interior, every detail was perfect. The location offered the ideal balance of seclusion and convenience, with easy access to nearby attractions. We especially appreciated the on-demand hot water—no one ever had to wait for a shower—and the well-stocked kitchen made preparing meals for our group of nine a breeze. The large stove was an added bonus. Thank you for providing the perfect setting for such a special occasion!

My stay at Randy's place was great! It was very neat, clean, quaint, and had all the necessities & essentials that I needed. I love the way it was decorated with the calm, soothing colors with a perfect blend of modern & cozy. As an avid music lover and former music player (trombone & piano), I especially appreciated the use of musical instruments used as decor pieces. There is a bit of a walk to get from the driveway to the door entrance, but thankfully the weather was dry the whole time I was there, making it easy to navigate. The scenery along the way, with the back yard trees, gave a forest-like feel that was very relaxing, especially if you're a nature lover. And with it being spring, the sweet smell of flowers along the way was divine. There's also a private deck area, w/ seating, outside the door where you can relax & enjoy the outdoors. Randy's place was close to the expressway, restaurants, & less than 10 minutes from the airport, which was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Very quiet location. Just a short drive to anything you would need, but feels like you’re miles away from all of it. Cozy. Comfortable. Easy to find. Parking was a bit tight for my truck. Not a negative by any stretch of the imagination. Just informative for anyone that has a 3/4 ton pickup. Would absolutely stay here again!
