Self contained annexe in a stunning location

Relax in our compact annexe which is attached to the main house in a gorgeous country road located in Hockley, Essex. Suitable for 1 or 2 people wishing to enjoy the local area with plenty of outside activities to do. Near to Hockley Woods and walking distance (15 mins) to Hockley Town and close to Rayleigh with buses in either direction. Southend Seafront and Chelmsford are a bus ride away. Hockley Station is a 20 minute walk, which is direct to Stratford or London Liverpool Street station.

Flat-on-Sea

Perfect location for convenience. The Flat is situated just moments from Airport, Hospital, Roots Hall Stadium and Priory Park. Prittlewell Station is just a 22-minute walk away, and with the A127 nearby, you're well-connected to the rest of Southend and beyond. There are plenty of food shops and restaurants nearby, offering everything from quick bites to sit-down meals. Our flat is perfectly located just off the lively Broadway area and just a short walk from the beach, the old town and the train station. It is the perfect base for exploring everything that the town has to offer. Leigh on sea is a vibrant seaside town with plenty of eating/ drinking options and events. There is plenty of room for cooking, eating , gaming and relaxing on those days/ nights you would rather stay in and a courtyard suntrap of a garden. We have 2 parking spaces with the flat.

Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is by 10.00am. Early check in available for supplement as is check out. The Secret Hideaway is a self contained living space. Make use of the cooker to prepare a meal or relax watching your latest TV series. The bathroom is fully equipped with a power shower and is stylishly decorated with light grey tiles and white brickettes. Enjoy the comfort of a double bedroom equipped with bedside stylish cabinets and a clothes rail. Close to the A127.

Plenty of local shops within a 5-15 minute walk and a 20-30 minute walk to Leigh broadway, Old Leigh/beach and Leigh station. EV charger available. A small south-facing patio available for guest use. A fisherman's cottage set in a tucked away corner of Old Leigh with its many pubs and restaurants, just a short walk up the hill to the Broadway with its bustle of shops and coffee bars. The Hutch is in Leigh-on-Sea, close to parks, Southend Airport (3.9miles), shops (0.5miles for Leigh-on-Sea & 3.9miles for Southend High Street), the Estuary (1.5miles), Cliffs Pavilion (2.3miles) and the hospital (1.5miles). You’ll love my place because of the location, it's privacy as it's a self-contained lodge with its own access, and courtyard as well as off street parking My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Lovely studio for two in central Leigh on Sea

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Cooking facilities, dining table table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.
