Local pub is very welcoming and serves lovely food. station 5 mins, market town of saffron walden 10 mins, Stansted airport 15 mins and Cambridge 30 mins drive. we have 2 dogs.

The spacious house & gardens are a calm and cool oasis, finished to very high standard and just an hour + a bit from London. A great place to escape for a few days, or several weeks. The local area is beautiful for walks, historic Saffron Walden and Audley End are <15 mins away by car, and Cambridge & Newmarket are 30 mins. Wifi is super speedy for working/streaming. Stag and hen nights only by prior arrangement with a promise that you'll respect the property.
