Miles was very responsive and accommodating. Our group had 3 kids ages between 3-6 and they loved the pool, proximity to the beach, and the little playground! We also loved that every room had its own bathroom. The house is perfectly set up for a family getaway. We will definitely be returning!

We had a great weekend staying here! The hot tub and outdoor area was awesome. Perfect for watching a game or movie with a group of people! We loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue. The neighborhood was pretty lively at night - we could hear music and loud bass until around 1 am. It didn’t bother us, but just a heads up for anyone traveling with kids who need early quiet hours.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! We wanted a low-key but nice home to relax over our spring break trip vacation. The home, backyard, and pool definitely delivered on all of that for us. The home was also conveniently located which gave us drivable access to the many beaches that Miami has to offer. Our hosts were always very responsive when we had questions. All in all we had a great experience here!

My wife and I stayed here for a few months while we built or new house. We experienced a few hiccups, but everything was handled quickly and with little inconvenience to us and our stay. The location is great and there is a lot to experience within walking distance, but if you want to explore more there is a free ride service which allows you to go just about everywhere in downtown Delray Beach while only having to tip the driver. I would definitely stay here again and, in fact, my wife is planning a trip back to South Florida to visit some of our friends and she plans to stay at this house during her vacation. Make sure to check out some of the local restaurants, stores, and beaches when you are there.

We loved our long weekends at Brian’s home. The location was absolutely perfect - away from the hustle and noise but also easily walkable to all the action of Las Olas! The home was comfortable and was exactly as described. All 4 of us were extremely satisfied and agreed we’d love to return next year!

Such a fantastic stay! The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed—including a great pool and hot tub that made it feel like a little retreat. The highlight for us was how flexible and accommodating the host was. Our plans changed unexpectedly, and we found ourselves needing an early check-in on short notice—they were quick to respond and happy to help, which made a big difference. The location was perfect: a quiet, lovely neighborhood just a block or two from the Riverwalk and about a mile from a super cute downtown with lots of great eateries (with some even closer). We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely stay again!

Amazing stay. Very spacious and luxurious. They have all of the amenities plus more. Great pool and jacuzzi right in the back yard. Right down the street from Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach. Very desirable location. Host Emmet messaged us right away and let us in the place early. He also gave me some great coffee shop recommendations when I asked. Five star stay for sure. May even stay at the same place again in the future.

Victor was beyond helpful! So kind and friendly. He made our first air b &b experience great! The condo was gorgeous, we loved sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The beds are so incredibly comfortable! Going to the beach? Had everything we needed for that too! 11/10 would recommend!

I had a very positive experience at this Airbnb. The building was walkable to breakfast places, there was Publix/starbucks directly across the street, and just a quick Uber anywhere you needed to go. Beach and pool access was a great perk. There was even a cafe, bar, and restaurant in the lobby of the building. The host always answered in a timely manner and check in and check out was quick and easy. I will be looking to stay here again for any future Miami visits.

Martha’s place was as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. The unit is close to the beach and the on site pool was very clean. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing stay! I had a chance to meet the manager of this property and I most certainly will be coming back! I totally recommended this beautiful spot!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had come from Orlando and needed somewhere to relax for 4 days. The place was exactly as described and the outdoor facilities were even better. The kids absolutely loved the table tennis table, cornhole and the pool. We spent most of our days there! It was walking distance to PopStroke which was great fun as well. The only slight negative for me (as I’m an extremely light sleeper) was the trains at nighttime. I could hear them go by but everyone else didn’t hear them at all. I would definitely go back again and Danny was extremely helpful with all the information he provided.

Beautiful place, perfectly clean and spacious. Waterfall and view of the lake, basketball court and barbecue area were very suitable for us to receive guests in the evening. There is a private beach. This was a great stay! Everything was as advertised. The rooms were super clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen and grills were very new and easy to utilize. I wish the airbnb had some essentials stocked up like salt, pepper, and cooking oil, but that wasn't a big deal. The piano was a cool touch and the large living room makes this place suitable for group hangouts. The pool was great to hang out at and the way it hugs the side of the house + the direction of the sunlight, it was nice to have a little bit of shade covering the pool at all times. The kayaks worked well and the waterfront, although limited, was a nice add. Some of our guys brought fishing gear and had fun catching some of the fish in the water. Driving into the airbnb, the surrounding areas looked a little run down, but honestly once you go into the property, everything feels really nice. Lastly, the hosts were super responsive and helpful and I would stay here again.

Hermosa casa, sobre todo lo que hay que destacar es el patio trasero con su piscina hermosa y la vista al canal, no tiene desperdicio. La casa si es un poco antigua y creo que le falta mantenimiento, pero volvería. A 10 minutos de la playa de Hollywood y a 25 de fort lauderdale, en auto.

We just finished our stay at this location. This place is awesome. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. We wanted the pool a bit warmer all it took was a call to Ron and within minutes the temp was up. We never yet had a host to be so available regardless of how many times you call or message him. We had an issue with our scheduling and Ron was very understanding and accommodative. It's a great place and a must see! Thanks Ron, we appreciate all you did.

The host was very professional & responsive. The place was very aesthetically pleasing and clean. The pool was so nice & the water was always warm. We had a great stay & a great time. Would definitely recommend.
