Marianna was so helpful in helping me find this place last minute when I made a mistake booking a home, she responded in a matter of minutes with a solution to my problem and we are forever grateful for that. The place was very nice, all new furniture and appliances in a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Great view from the huge covered deck. Stones throw to the beach with private access. Great spot to enjoy a fire at the end of the day with the provided fire pit area. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in a nice development with awesome neighbors like the great family in the unit above. The development is easily walkable to downtown Rehoboth in 15 minutes or less which makes for a relaxing stay. The unit was spotlessly clean and well equipped with great instructions that really made the condo feel like home. My family really enjoyed our holiday stay in this great condo.

We loved our stay at Gail’s place. The condo was spotless and had a lot of space. It was located in the heart of Dewey Beach and the two parking spaces were very nice to have. Our friends stayed at the adjacent Hyatt Hotel which made activities together very easy. We visited in early May so did not take advantage of the outdoor pool. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Me & my pups had visited due to a family emergency and despite everything that was going on during that time, I was still able to come back to Peña's place and enjoy the peace on the beautiful balcony which was me and also my pups favorite spot during our stay! It was way more spacious than I thought and so beautiful! I literally couldn't stop talking about how I loved the place! Peña was very responsive and extremely friendly! I would and will book again. Thank you for everything!

Robin and her Co-Hosts were great! Very responsive to any issues that came up. The location was perfect for the wedding we went to. Everyone was in the hotel block below but we had a condo pretty much for the hotel block price. (We stayed a week) Trying to figure out exactly where to go was a bit tough but that could be due to the fact it was the top floor with the hotel being the bottom 3 floors. Also may be due to the traveling and lack of sleep. But overall once we got our keycards it was pretty easy to get to the room. Everyone time after the first was perfectly easy! Had no complaints about the cleanliness.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. Beautiful space and couldn't ask to be any closer to the beach. Great host—highly recommend! We will come back

My husband, teenage daughter and I had a great stay at Robin's Dewey Beach residence! Owner was responsive and sent helpful instructions for check-in. The location was perfect-conveniently nestled between the bay and beach. The balcony provided gorgeous views of sunrises and sunsets. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Since we were there in April, not everything had reopened for the season, but we had no problems finding places to eat/shop. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and as described in the listing. We will definitely stay again during a future visit to Delaware!

This house is in a quiet neighborhood and it's close to everything you need such as supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, etc. There are enough cookware, dishes, cutlery and spices in the kitchen. We enjoyed the backyard and a large dining table in the insects screen covered deck.

We had a great time! My family decided to book this place for a little thanksgiving getaway. Although it was cold and could not enjoy the area as much, the view from the house is incredible!! Waking up to that view was so peaceful. I would imagine during the summer and spring is breath taking.

Great spot! We’d love to go again. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean. There are two newly constructed homes between the house and beach not in the photographs.

Beautiful home conveniently located to the beach but just far enough away to have real peace and quiet. The home is against a marshland preserve so it’s nice to look out the screened in porch at the surroundings. The trolley stops in the neighborhood which is also a bonus. It also has some kid friendly items so that was nice to not have to pack them. Wonderful stay for a family to relax!

We had such an incredible experience renting from Janna! She was attentive to communication from the moment I booked until we checked out. Her house is absolutely stunning and the pictures don’t do it justice! The scenic views and multiple ambient outdoor areas were fantastic. A great area for groups as it provides many opportunities for comfortable and relaxing smaller gatherings within a large group. Can’t recommend this property enough and hope to visit again one day!

We had three families with five kids stay and the location was perfect! Having the pool next door was essential! The kids ran back and forth each afternoon! We had to drive to the beach but it only took us 10 minutes. layout was great. host was great. we will certainly be looking at this house again for future trips!

We had a terrific stay. The house had every amenity we could have wanted. Tons of space, lots of entertainment, big bathrooms and gorgeous outdoor space to relax and eat. He also provided linens (I didn’t realize many places do not do this). Ryan was super responsive and friendly in his messages. Highly recommend!

Linda’s condo was unmatched! Her attention to detail and cleanliness is amazing. I’ve stayed at many places like this before, as this is our families preferred way to travel. This is by far one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed in. It was very organized, there were additional items ( such as paper products, spices) available to use. There were even little hospitality baskets in each bathroom with eye masks, mints, Q-tips. What a nice touch! Another reason we chose this condo is the storage shed with beach toys and chairs. It was so lovely to walk to the beach or sit near the bay. Now that I told you how great the condo is- let’s talk about location! One block to the ocean and on the bay. We walked or rode bikes everywhere. I really enjoyed being there on the “off season”- the weather was 70+ and sunny every day. This vacation was a 10!

Mike’s place was extremely clean and was in a perfect location - only a short walk over the drawbridge to get to downtown Lewes. We greatly appreciated Mike’s local recommendations and tried many of them out. The only complaint we had was that the couch is extremely uncomfortable. Other than that it is a great condo, and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Lewes.

This is our second year in a row to return to Mike’s perfectly located condo in Lewes. Our two sons enjoyed the nice set up of a side by side bedroom, comfy living/dining area and the best location in town, within easy biking distance to our favorite Lewes beach and Cape Henlopen park. We walked to various restaurants, no driving needed. The tulips festival was winding down but they were still blooming in many gardens. Mike was the best host, he texted suggestions when the unexpected coastal front brought rain to the area. He was considerate and responsive. The bikes he provided save us from bringing our own and the bike pump and bike locks also were proofs of how thoughtful Mike is as a host. Once again we had a great time in Lewes, thanks to a great host and a perfectly located, meticulously maintained condo unit. Thank you so much, Mike and family.

Loved our stay! The place was beautiful and the perfect size for 6 ladies for our girls’ weekend. We loved everything about it. Would definitely come back again!

Great place to stay, especially for bicycle riding. The outdoor area is secure to store bikes. Walkable to restaurants and enjoyed the local food. Would stay again! Thank you for instruction manual.. very helpful. SS.
