This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

We had a lovely stay at Ekin's place. The apartment was very homely and cosy, with friendly cats and a beautiful leafy garden to enjoy while reading in the sun on the balcony. There are several supermarkets nearby, and the beach was an easy 5/10 minute stroll away. Ekin was very courteous and communication was great.

Nevzat Bey, konaklama süresi boyunca son derece ilgili ve nazikti. Misafirlerin ihtiyaç duyabileceği her detay önceden düşünülmüş, ilanda belirtilen tüm imkanlar eksiksiz bir şekilde mevcuttu. Konut hem çok temiz hem de son derece konforlu ve kullanışlıydı. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Gösterdiği özen ve misafirperverlik için kendisine teşekkür ederim.

3 kişilik aile ve köpeğimizle eve ulaştığımızda Gülden Hanım ve Yusuf Bey çok sıcak bir şekilde bizi karşıladı. Ev tertemiz ve çok düzenliydi. Bir evde olması gereken herşey hatta fazlası mevcut idi. Ev, konum olarak biraz yüksek rakımda ve orman kenarında olduğundan serindi. Bu da sıcaktan bunalmamamızı ve rahat uyumamızı sağladı. Klimayı açmaya hiç ihtiyaç hissetmedik. Bahçe gayet büyüktü ve etrafı çitle kapalı idi. Köpeğimiz bahçede serbestçe dolaşarak keyfini çıkardı. Havuz küçük ama keyifliydi. Sabahları güne zinde başlamak için idealdi. Etraf çok sessiz ve huzurlu idi. Arada sırada uzaktan gelen köpek havlamalarından başka ses duyulmuyordu. Ev sahiplerimiz ilgiliydi. Sıklıkla herhangi bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordular. Fethiye’ye geldiğimizde kalacağımız tek adres. Gülden Hanım ve Yusuf Bey’e herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

Underbar vistelse! Jag och min fru hade en fantastisk vistelse! Utsikten från huset mot berget var hisnande, och poolen och villan var verkligen underbara. Det var extra trevligt att njuta av solen hela dagen utan någon skugga och att få se den vackra solnedgången. Vi vill även tacka våra värdar som var otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma. De gjorde verkligen allt för att tillgodose våra önskemål. Vi ser fram emot att besöka detta boende igen i framtiden. Tack för en minnesvärd vistelse!

Ayse是一个非常热情、友善的漂亮女士，她热情地接待了我们，还花一个下午的时间陪我们去参观费特希耶的几个景点，真是太好了！房子很大很干净，住下我们九人绰绰有余，游泳池可以用，树上的柠檬也可以摘，还推荐了一家很实惠的土耳其餐厅，一切都很完美。我会推荐我的朋友住这里。

Balayı için gelen çiftlerin dikkatine! Gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Hem çok temizdi hem de sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Sabah bize kahvaltımız için, kümesten yumurta ve bahçedeki zeytin ve domateslerden getirdi. Geceyi de çok sevdik. Özellikle gökyüzünde sanki yıldızlara dokunacakmışsınız gibi bir manzarayla karşılaştık. Bir daha yolumuz düşerse mutlaka tekrar uğrayacağız.

We had a great stay at Sakir’s house. It’s very spacious, which we appreciated with two small children, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most basics and necessities, we cooked dinners most nights. We had a car so could easily get to town for supplies (10-15min drive) and explore the surrounding beaches. The dogs in the neighbourhood bark into the night, which didn’t bother me but kept my wife up at times. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly at times but keeping the doors closed dealt with that. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset, and if Sakir can get some outdoor furniture up there it would be a nice spot for a drink at the end of the day! The Fesleğen Kokusu cafe just around the corner does an amazing Turkish breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our trip & highly recommended!

Keyifli ve rahat bir konaklamaydı,evde ihtiyacınız olan herşeyi bulabilirsiniz,temizlik konusunda konakladığım en muhteşem evdi, konumu merkeze arabayla 15 dk, herşey için Şeref bey'e de teşekkür ederiz.

Taraflar dışında gerçekleşen aksiliklere rağmen ellerinden geleni yaptılar ve bize çok destek oldular. Anna ile tanışmak çok güzeldi. Erdem bey de iletişim dahilinde çok yardımcı oldu. Çok tatlı insanlar. Konaklama yeri güzel, sakin ve huzurluydu

Bizi karşılayan insanlar çok sıcakkanlı ve misafirperver insanlardı tanıştığımıza çok memnun olduk herşeyi gayet güzel ve açık anlattılar. Konum olarak aracanız var ise gayet uygun bir yerde marketler yakın Fethiye merkeze yakın sayılır temizlik konusunda şu ana kadar kaldığımız en temiz yerlerden biriydi umarım tekrar görüşürüz

Der Gastgeber Erhan war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Er hat uns alles ausführlich gezeigt, und zur Überraschung war der Kühlschrank bereits mit frischem Obst und Getränken gefüllt – ein toller Service! Die Unterkunft selbst war äußerst sauber und wunderschön ausgestattet. Sie liegt perfekt für Familien, die eine private und ruhige Umgebung suchen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Pool, der jeden Morgen gereinigt wurde. Zudem sind zahlreiche Attraktionen, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem erreichbar. Sport- und Freizeitaktivitäten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Diese Unterkunft würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen – absolut empfehlenswert!""Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Geheimtipp und ideal für alle, die was unvergesslichen und erholsames suchen. Wir waren zu viert in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat unsere Vorstellungen maßlos übertroffen. Alles war super schön und sehr privat. Die Gastgeber waren so lieb und hilfsbereit. Für deutsche Standards war die Unterkunft sehr gehoben, luxuriös und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden und die Elektrogeräte waren alle sauber und neu. Die Schlafzimmer waren beide klimatisiert. Die Unterkunft war schöner als die Bilder in der Anzeige.

Highly recommend, Tarkan and his parents were very welcoming and made it feel like our home for the week! The house is equipped with everything you need for a 1-2 week holiday and located in quite gated area just a short drive to Kaş. The communication with Tarkan was super easy, he even brought us some fresh fruits and vegetables from his garden! Like a home away from home. All our requests were fullfilled within minutes, if we needed an extra towel or whatever. Its also noteworthy that the host speaks fluent turkish, english and german.

The villa was exactly as on the photos with amazing view. The surrounding is peaceful and you have a private experience. We were given some nibbles and even beer (😂) in the fridge on the day of arrival and it was clean and comfortable. There is TV, WIFI and even boardgames. It felt great!

Had an amazing time staying at Nazim's place. It's really as beautiful as it looks in the photos. Nazim is a very responsive and kind host and will go out of his way to make sure your stay is perfect. Highly recommended!

Zunächst einmal der Gastgeber Ramazan war sehr hilfsbereit und zu jederzeit Erreichbar. Egal was ich gebraucht habe, seine Antwort kam innerhalb von 2 Minuten. Die Unterkunft war super Modern, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht vom Pool war herrlich. Der Pool war sehr sauber und es gab Liegemöglichkeiten sowie eine schöne gemütliche Sitzecke. Wenn man es komplett Privat haben möchte, gab es die Möglichkeit einen Sichtschutz aufzubauen, wodurch man seine Komplette Privatsphäre hatte. Alles in allem war es ein Super erholsamer Urlaub mit meine Frau. Das waren super Flitterwochen. Ich kann jedem der eine schöne saubere Private Villa für zwei sucht diese Villa empfehlen. Der Whirlpool im Zimmer hat auch super Funktioniert. Und nochmal ich muss den Gastgeber Ramazan wirklich Loben. Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt und egal was ich gebraucht habe oder wissen wollte, er war steht’s zur stelle. 5 von 5 Sternen.

Düşündüğümden çok daha fazla keyif aldık. Civarda harika koylar ve deniz turları var. Havası gayet temiz ve çamların ortasında bir yer. Ev temizdi ve umduğumdan daha çok mutfak eşyası vardı. Dışarıdaki barbeküyü mutlaka deneyin çok keyifli bir akşam yemeği yersiniz.🥰
