NEWLY BUILD This unique place has a style all its own. Private entrance separated from the main house. We can greet you upon entering or we can be completely non existent. It will be your preference. The suite is located 5 minutes away from Lehigh Regional Medical Center and all major supermarkets. 25 minutes away from southwest international airport.30 minutes from Gulf coast Medical center and Lee Memorial hospital ,20 minutes away from Fort Myers. Relax during your stay in this apartment sitting on 5 acres inside a horse barn in Alva. Enjoy the peace and quiet, view of the horses and the easy access to town. 1 mi from Alva Boat Ramp, 7 mi to grocery stores, and many restaurants in between. You'll find all the essentials you need, including a fully stocked coffee bar, bathroom travel size necessities, an iron/board , 2 Smart TVs with Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu included & WiFi. Owners do live on the property and are available if needed.

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
