The host was amazing! There were a few issues we had but they were very responsive and definitely got things fixed for us quickly! Overall, amazing home with everything you can imagine you would need. Very much recommend staying here if you are visiting Denver!

Can't say enough good things about this place. John let us check in early, was quick to respond, and has a well kept home. Lots of space to spread out at night and everyone enjoyed the game room each day after our sightseeing. Highly recommend!!

This place met and exceeded all our expectations for our weekend in town for a family gathering. The house was simultaneously spacious and cozy. The office and master suite allowed separated sleeping spaces for small kids, and the living room was comfortable for hanging out by the fireplace. We enjoyed the nice touches of ground coffee, a kids bathroom step stool, and a detailed printed guide to the house. The only minor issue we had was a keypad fail on check-in, but Sherri was very responsive despite the late hour, solved things for us quickly, and then changed the battery to make sure we wouldn't have any further problems. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing home! Movie theater in the basement was our favorite place of the home. Would definitely be staying again in the future.

House was clean and looked like the pictures on the listing. The house does have some very small cosmetic blemishes but are not noticeable or take away from the experience. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Worked with me on check ins and check outs and made my stay very comfortable. Definitely would visit again.

We stayed at the 2 bedroom house that was located by a beautiful park. The owner has a beautiful patio area that included table & chairs and a large umbrella that covered a sitting area. One evening we had a BBQ in this area and used the gas grill, was a wonderful night with family. I plan on recommending this house to friends and family. The owner made us feel like home. We have rented many homes and this one has been one of the best.

Very spacious, extra things to do and good size backyard for the doggies to play around. The rooms are made up nicely and the bathroom and kitchen are clean! Love the extra touch with the house plants!

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Loved the apartment. Very impressed with the refrigerator full of drinks and the snacks on the counter. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Not really a fan of memory foam mattress but was able to get a decent night's sleep. Would definitely stay there again.

Such a nice clean and inviting space. We really enjoyed how easy it was to access and how close it was to the park and the tram. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was simple but very well appointed, immaculate, and very quiet with a comfortable king size bed. We were walking distance from our son's house and across from Crown Hill Park, a lovely walk on sunny Denver days. My husband was able to get all the football games he wanted on the big screen TV, and there was even a large slow cooker which enabled us to take a dish to a family picnic. Maureen was a gracious and responsive host. We lacked for nothing!

An amazing place to stay. Walkable distance to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Also an easy uber to anywhere in downtown. The location was great, being quiet and private but yet so close to downtown. I appreciate the proactiveness of our host sending detailed written and video instructions on how to access the place and its parking. If you are looking for a place to stay in DT Denver, this is the one.

I had a great stay here! The room was spotless and perfect for my needs. The hosts were very responsive and proactive in making sure I had a good stay and everything I needed. The location is pretty walkable and close to places like the Denver Central Market.

Great place in the middle of Berkley neighborhood. Would return for sure!
