Delightful 1 bedroom annexe with own patio

The Annexe is a cosy 1 bedroom residence, attached to our home with its own entrance and car parking space by your front door ! Set in the picturesque village of Litton, and the Peak District National Park. The Red Lion pub is a short stroll away, as is the community village shop. Tideswell 0.6 miles away has many eateries. Beautiful walks & cycling await you from your doorstep. Chatsworth House, Hadden and Thornbridge hall, Bakewell and Buxton are all within easy reach, as is the Monsal Trail.

Shepherds Hut in Cressbrook, Peak District

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the heart of the Peak District. This brand new well equipped Shepherds hut is nestled just outside the village of Cressbrook and boasts stunning views and sunsets over the Wye Valley. The location offers a perfect base for exploring the Peak District with a wide choice of walks or cycle routes from the door. Access to the Monsal Trail is just a 10 minutes walk away, and the villages of Litton and Tideswell are also easily accessible by foot.

Delightful woodland Shepherd Hut

Within the Derbyshire Dales, 2 miles outside Brailsford village. The newly built shepherd hut is nestled on the edge of a small woodland with spectacular views overlooking fields and woodland. It is in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature and wildlife. The hut includes a double bed, bathroom, shower cubicle and a small kitchen area. With towels and linen provided. Also exclusive use of a tennis court and bikes with the hut, just a short walk away is a private fishing pond for you to enjoy.

Goose Croft, tucked away in Edale

The setting of this cosy small detached cottage is beautiful and you feel quite secluded, yet the village of Edale is 1 minute walk away. From here you can enjoy the countryside by walking or biking, short or longer routes. A folder in the cottage has a selection of maps, which you are welcome to use and choose a route straight from the door. Edale has 2 pubs, two cafes and a general store Please note - AirBnB are now showing the TOTAL price on 'the calendar', which includes their 15.5% fee

A rustic cottage located in central Matlock with free on-site parking, surrounded by a blend of nature and urban life: - 100m: Hall Leys Park - 0.2mi: Matlock centre - 0.3mi: Matlock train station - 1.3mi: Matlock bath This is a perfect getaway destination for walkers and families, situated between popular Matlock Bath and the beautiful Chatsworth House. The open plan design includes a kitchen, lounge and bedroom with a double bed and en-suite. There is also a sofa bed suitable for adults.

Delightful Studio House-superb location!

Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. We have ample parking, private entrance, walking distance (1.2miles) to town (bars & restaurants), bus stop to Buxton / Macclesfield. Wifi, Sky TV,Netflix. Non smoking. *We do not have a hob or oven* EV Charger (added cost). Sorry no pets.

Woolley Lodge Farm Retreat

A brand new fully furnished wooden lodge situated within the grounds of a working farm, with views across open countryside. The cabin has been furnished to a high standard and includes a double bedroom with double bed. The kitchen has a full size fridge with small freezer, full size oven and a microwave. It has a small bathroom with a full size corner shower. It has its own entrance, parking and a beautiful decked area and fire pit and BBQ . Not suitable for children or pets

Shepherds Hut on our farm, close to Alton Towers

The Shepherds Hut is nestled in our walled garden. It has all you need for a relaxing break including lovely views, wood burning stove, bathroom, mini kitchen and a comfy bed area. The clever design allows both a dining table with chairs or comfy seating to relax by the wood burner. Our biofuel hot tub can be hired for your stay. Meet our animals whilst wandering our fields or walk from the property in to Dimmingsdale & Alton village. We’re a 5 minute drive to Alton Towers.

Boulder Field Cabin and Hot Tub

In the Peak District National Park, nestled amongst the boulders in 5 acres of your own private woodland at the top of Eagle Tor, this beautifully hand crafted cabin is the ultimate romantic getaway. Relax and get back to nature in the gorgeous wood fired hot tub looking out across the valley, followed by an outdoor shower with stunning views. In the cabin soak up the gorgeous 180 degree views from your cosy bed by the fire, not to mention the glass roof for star gazing!
