Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located house! We're a 1-minute walk from the Georges-L-Dumont hospital and close to downtown (15-min walk to Avenir Centre). There are 3 bedrooms and a desk. A quick note that the space is spread over 2 floors, and there are stairs. The kitchen has what you need for cooking at home. You have full access to the home with no shared spaces. *******The third small bedroom is NOT available in the winter. We have listed it as a sunroom for that reason. Within walking distance to downtown, our event center, hospitals, and our favourite new brew pubs. If you need somewhere to relax however need to be in the city this is the perfect spot for you. We are open to isolation arrangements.
