This is without a doubt THE BEST place I have ever stayed at in HCMC. We stayed for over three weeks and I was even a bit sad to leave. It’s clean, calm, matches the description, private and the hosts are super friendly and respectful. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Saigon and this one is available - book it before it’s gone. Amazing value for the price!

This was my second time staying here, and just like last year, it was great and easy to get to the airport after our trip. Host was great. No issues at all, highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is in a great location. It was quick and easy to get to the tourist attractions in district 1. Also some great restaurants in the area. Im a bit of a clean freak and the apartment was spotless. I would recommend.

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at Victor's apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. Victor is a fantastic host: very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. 100% recommend!

Great location in the middle of the action. The unit was very clean and quite inside with good water pressure. The host allowed me to checkout later than the usual time because of my late flight. Highly Recommend!

Natalie was so friendly, flexible and responsible. She even helped carry our luggage, checked us in, showed us the beautiful condo at 2 am! What a beautiful view from the condo. Every morning and night, from the bedroom and the living, I felt so relaxed watching the view of the river, bridges, the buildings, lights and traffic.This is a very safe and convenient area. Security team was so nice and extreme helpful! I would highly recommend Natalie and River Gate condo!!! Thank you so much again, Natalie!

We spent 2 weeks at Sarah’s apartment. She is super nice, professional and responsible . Her apartment is so clean , quiet, peaceful that makes you feel comfortable and safe. It takes you just around 15 minutes to get there from the airport. Highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a good place for the business or personal trip . We will be back to stay there for our next trip. Thank you Sarah and her professional staffs.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, and check-in was super easy. My wife and I stayed for five days at Anh's place. The location is tucked away into an alley and quiet, and it was very easy and affordable to get a Grab to go elsewhere. Anh's place was clean with the exception of the occasional tiny ants on the table and countertop even though no food was left out, but we believe this is not uncommon in Vietnam. We appreciated Anh's super quick responses. We can tell she puts a lot of care into ensuring her guests have a good stay - from the complimentary water, coffee and candies, the comfortable bedsheets, the power outlets by both sides of the bed, the same-day laundry service, just to name a few. She even came by to see if there's anything she can help with when my wife fractured her ankle. Thanks for a lovely stay, Anh!

I had a wonderful stay at Bac's place. She was very accommodating. Had cleaning up to twice per week and laundry as well. The cleaner as professional and friendly. It's in a good location. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop. Quite peaceful and chill. Downside is that the walls are pretty thin and so you can hear people's footsteps above you as well as people talking. And there are lots of ants in the apt. Other than this, I had a great stay and would stay again.

This place has truly become my new "home" in Phu Nhuan. The location is super convenient, with everything within walking distance—cute cafés, restaurants, gym, and shops. The area is calm yet lively, making it a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I plan to return in a few days if a room is available!

The room was as described and was clean. it is in a convenient location to restaurants and small shops and is an easily walkable area. My room had 2 windows looking onto the small alley/street behind the building so no views and there was construction so it was noisy during the day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

The room looked like in the pictures. Clean, tidy and quiet. The house is in a side street, so it's quiet, but close to restaurants (5 min walk). Market (about 10 min walk). The owner is very nice and helpful.

Very quiet place. If you don’t like the fuzzy noise of horn honking in the morning i highly recommended. A lot of restaurants are walkable distance. If you are looking to explore and know about Ho chi Minch city life, this is a good location to start.

It’s a nice hotel that as at home. I will come back to rent anther bigger home again. There are many stores and shopping malls nearby, very convenient. The staff is kind and serve well.

This flat is exactly as advertised, my family enjoyed a great stay here. it's excellent value for money, everything you need is either right outside your door or within 5 minutes walk.
