Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Sie war sehr geräumig und modern. Auch der Hausflur und die Ausstattung war super modern. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Auch die Hausdame hat mir geholfen als ich meine Wäsche waschen wollte. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen ☺️

Phòng rất sạch sẽ và thoáng. Mình có em bé nên cho bé bò thoải mái vì sàn nha sạch. Vị trí gần trung tâm, tiện cả di chuyền ra sân bay. Xung quanh rất nhiều hàng quán

I had a great two-week stay in this private room! The host was truly amazing—always kind, quick to respond, and super helpful. Even when something wasn’t possible, they didn’t just say “no.” Instead, they always came up with a thoughtful alternative. That kind of care really made a difference! The room has a local Vietnamese vibe—not brand new, but it’s been nicely renovated and was kept very clean. Even though the room isn’t modern, I actually really enjoyed that—it gave me a chance to experience the authentic local atmosphere, which made the stay even more special. It felt cozy and comfortable the whole time. The kitchen had all the basics, which was perfect for simple cooking. The neighbors in the area were also very friendly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. But honestly, what made this stay so special was the host’s warmth and kindness! I really appreciated it, and I’m already looking forward to staying here again!

So its located in a small street , so we cannot go by car , its a little bit hard to find the location but every service is super good, they have security. I love this place , I will comeback soon

This place is amazing and Han is very sweet and kind. She is always there to help answer question and help guide you to some great eating place. She traveled abroad therefore her knowledge and understanding of other culture is very helpful.

Good, clean home. The host's very friendly and helpful. Home is at a good location to go to the center as well as the airport. It's worth to pay a fair price and stay in a cozy nice home. I put im my recommended list for my friend if they'd like to travel and enjoy Saigon 😊

We had a great stay, every request was met and it was very comfortable. We used the kitchen to cook and even bake and it was very well equipped. Everything is brand new. We enjoyed A LOT the terraces both for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. The room was bright and comfortable. The bed was great and all linen and towels were clean. Water pressure in the shower - outstanding! In the area a lot of local food-authentic and not touristy. Everything we tried was delicious and people were nice. My husband had a massage at the spa on the first floor of the Airbnb and enjoyed it a lot as well. Totally recommend and would stay again.

I fell in love with this place as soon as I saw the photos and was lucky to grab a few available days. The host was super quick and easy to communicate with. The space is cute, cozy, and had plenty of room for the two of us and our four suitcases. They provided two towels, though a few small basics were missing. The kitchen had most things you'd need, but no utensils — just something to keep in mind. There’s also a neighborhood rooster who loves to sing at all hours, so earplugs are a good idea if you're a light sleeper or not used to hearing roosters crowing (I was not and was awoken a few times in the early morning). We spotted quite a few tiny drain flies too, but nothing too crazy. Even with those little things, the host was great about helping out when needed. Overall, it’s a really charming and comfortable spot.

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Great location right next to District 1. Many stores, coffee shops and restaurants around the apartment block. The apartment is very comfortable, has the amenities for some light cooking, the washing machine is very nice. All in all I would stay here again.

Lovely Stay at Bich Thuy’s Place! We had a wonderful time staying at Bich Thuy’s property. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and communication with Bich Thuy was smooth and responsive. She was a thoughtful and kind host. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again!
