Hallo ! Ich vermiete eine 54m² große Dachgeschosswohnung (2.OG) mit großem Balkon und Blick auf den Lugberg und bei guter Sicht bis in die Sächsische Schweiz. Die Wohnung ist für 2-4 Personen geeignet und komplett ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) und ein Wohnzimmer mit TV, Sitzecke und einer Schlafcouch (1,40x2m). Die Küche hat einen Herd, Mikrowelle, Sitzecke und beinhaltet alles notwendige zum Kochen oder Backen. Das Bad ist mit WC, WB und einer Dusche ausgestattet.

Dům se nachází 100 metrů od řeky Labe na cyklostezce cca 4km od města Nymburk. Doubrava je malá vesnice. Asi 300 metru od domu se nachazi piskovna s moznosti koupani v ciste vode. V okoli do 15km se nachazi mesta Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem a Milovice. U mě si to zamilujete, protože dům je útulný a poskytuje klid a pohodu včetně velke zahrady. Pokud máte rádi cyklistiku, rybaření nebo kanoistiku, jste na dobré adrese. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry a rodiny (s dětmi).
