Perfect place for a short vacation or long stay. Host was quick to respond on questions. The pool is a big plus for this property. Will book again if available for future vacations.

Very beautiful, calm, and peaceful house the house was really clean and matched extaclty like the pictures and very clean aswell when we have arrived. An amazing clean pool, and is overall very good choice for when you are staying in the small town of North Port. I 100% recommend, especially the very easy way to get in and good communication from Yosdel 10/10!!!

Our stay was fantastic!! The property is very well kept and has everything you could ever need. The space is modern but has a cozy feel! The pool was a perfect space to hang out, chill and have fun, both day and night! We really appreciated the ability to control the temp of the hot tub! There is plenty of space for the whole family (or friends) to spread out with great gather places too! We would love to return and stay again!

From check in to check out this rental experience was great. The property is private, well appointed and large enough for our group of 8 adults, 2 children and a dog. The pool was excellent and the yard activities were top notch. The zip line was a family favorite.

My family, daughter’s family and I stayed @ Paulina’s beautiful home during spring break and couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation. Everything described about the home was spot on. We had our baby grandchild stay with us and the home had everything to accommodate. Thanks for hosting our family Paulina!

Ruby was great to work with and communicated with us from the time we booked the house. Two hurricanes had passed through the area between the time we booked the property and before we actually had our stay. Ruby reassured us the property had not been damaged and was in great condition. She was right and we had an awesome vacation. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to Cape Coral.

We wanted a relaxed and peaceful setting to spend our vacation. We loved being right on the bay, watching dolphins, mana tees and local bird life. The pool was lovely, clean and cool. It felt good to relax there when we didnt feel like going to the beach. The management left us all kinds of beach equipment, chais and umbrellas, even including a little picnic ice chest, and beach towels. There was a little path to a beautiful secluded private beach and wonderful restaurants all over the area. We cooked in the apartment a few times and found the kitchen very well stocked. Everything was pristine and brand new. The beds were very comfortable too. This was a great stay experience.

Beautiful house and kind hosts. When we got there it was exactly as described. We especially appreciated the little things available for the kids (books, toys, pool and sand toys plus kid plates and utensils, etc). We went to the beach a few days and we really appreciated having the tent, chairs and coolers! Very helpful since we wouldn’t have been able to bring those flying. We loved the pool and spa, it was really relaxing. Roxann and Matt were enjoyable to talk to before and during our stay. They are extremely responsive and kind and are willing to help with whatever we needed. They are diligent about making sure their property is clean and free of pests. We had to change our dates and they even accommodated an early check in, from my experience this is rare with hosts. Checkout was so simple, definitely loved that! They go above and beyond! If you choose to rent from them you won’t regret it! ☺️

I had a great experience during our stay. Nataliya communicated excellently. The location was ideal for a golf trip, with numerous stores and courses nearby.

10/10 Absolutely loved Dave’s place! Honestly the best stocked out house we’ve ever stayed in. house was clean and functional. It was great for our 3 family group of 12. (6 kids & 6 adults) We easily fit 2 boats (22ft bay boat & 25 ft offshore boat) on the seawall at Dave’s house. The outdoor living spaces were the best. We spent the majority of our 6 days outside on the pool deck. The pool was great, we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Dave was super quick to answer any questions and resolve a little issue we had. The beds were cozy. Plenty of bathrooms which was great since we had 12 people in our group. Huge island in the kitchen, and plenty of places to sit and eat. It was very comfortable even with so many people. You can’t beat the location. Just a few minutes to Stumps Pass by boat. A little bit longer you can be to LGI or Cayo Costa. We would absolutely rent Dave’s place again

No one says “I’ve stayed long enough.” We contemplated how we could stay a few extra days. Home is beautiful…pool/hot tub amazing. Enjoyed a movie night on the lanai. Thank you for the surprise meals. Definitely an added bonus that made a fun/relaxing dinner while enjoying the home. We plan to return next year…please don’t sell the property!

Hasan’s place is GORGEOUS!!! It is worth every bit of what I paid. Hasan and Hazel were amazing hosts….super responsive and extremely helpful with any issues we had. The house was pristine, with beautiful welcoming decor. We spent my daughter's spring break there and I paid extra for the pool/spa heat (it did not disappoint). The spa was a welcome retreat after a long day and looking out at the surrounding canal was very tranquil. Plenty of things to do/see in the area. We enjoyed shopping, movies, bakeries, local food, the beach, other activities, etc. I would highly recommend this listing and will look to book again, if in the area.

This home offers easy access to all of BOCA. It’s a nice place with a lot of space.

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Especially enjoyed the fact that they had all necessary beach accessories. Neighborhood was very well maintained, and peaceful. Neighbors were very friendly. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Graham was an excellent host, and everything was perfect during our 5 night stay. The pool is gorgeous, warm, and has a beautiful backdrop of the golf course. We loved watching the sun rise there every morning. The home was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

We could not have asked for a better host with Heather. She was kind, accommodating and her home was clean, beautiful and exactly as described in the ad. My kids had a great time playing in the pool all weekend and loved the master bedroom being on the second floor as well as the loft area. Everything I needed to cook dinner a couple of nights, I found in the kitchen which was super convenient. We had several different beaches to choose from to visit that were close by and the traffic wasn’t bad in the area which was a nice surprise. It really felt like a home away from home. I definitely plan on visiting Cape Coral again next year and Heather’s place will be at the top of my list of accommodations!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and even more lovely in person. The outside patio and pool were amazing. The water was so warm and we spent hours outside enjoying that space. The beds were comfortable and the house had all the amenities we could ask for! Highly recommended this property if you’re looking to stay in Cape Coral! We also noticed the neighbors were pretty quiet. It was nice to be outside even after dark in the nice warm pool listening to the birds. The house is also centrally located to lots of shops and restaurants. And a short 30 min drive to the airport even during rush hour!

The house was absolutely beautiful and stunning. I loved everything about staying there. It was very peaceful. I look forward to staying again in the future. I also live the proximity to the beaches.

the house is top notch ! we are definitely returning with other friends in the future. the highlight for us was the tiki hut and we loved the view. The kids definitely enjoyed the pool. the house is spacious and as described. The owners were so responsive to any query. we also used the Kayaks and the neighbors were kind enough to lend us a life jacket. All in all we had a great stay and highly recommend this stay to anyone who is looing to relax and de stress .Thank you

it was a great vacation..this house was very clean and well kept. the pool is our favorite place to hang out..the house is located perfectly. Susan was very easy to work with..overall I will gladly stay there again.
