Karst house - apartment is located in the village of Nova vas. Typical karst countryside offers relax and sport activities in the nature, great cycling and hiking routes. Vacation for families and for those who wants to explore nature and history. The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

BURIA Apartment

A spacious minimalistic flat with a mediterranean heart. Private entrance, free parking and a big garden. The flat has all the essentials and more but you can always ask if you need something particular and we will try to make it happen. Perfect base to come to while exploring and enjoying all that our region has to offer. We have two shy cats and one very enthusiastic dog on this property so keep in mind that you will be their guest. Pets and kids are welcome but should always be supervised.

Saxida 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Bungalow Vineyard View

Located among vineyards and the sounds of nature, the Saxida Estate offers a charming setting where you can leave your everyday worries behind. The bungalows are surrounded by large green spaces, while the children’s play area, a pool and an outdoor gym are close by and free to use. There is a restaurat serving local food on the place, reservation for the dinner is requested. In the mornings breakfast is available upon reservation. Purchase of excellent wines from our vineyards also possible.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Dobrodošli v "Nono Apartment"! Nahaja se v Renčah, v Vipavski dolini. Ta prenovljeni pritlični apartma ponuja svetel prostor s prostorno spalnico, zakonsko posteljo in dostopom do sončne terase. Bivalni prostor vključuje popolnoma opremljeno kuhinjo, jedilno mizo in kavč, ki se spremeni v posteljo za dva dodatna gosta. Relax in a charming attic apartment surrounded by original works of art. The apartment is in a private house on a slope above the city, in the immediate vicinity of the forest and hiking trails, and not far from the paraglider runway. The location is also a starting point for trips to the surrounding wine-growing villages, the Karst and the Soča Valley. Due to the proximity of the border with Italy, Trieste, Venice, the Dolomites and other interesting destinations are within easy reach.

Vanaf ons huis, gelegen op een heuvel aan de rand van het dorp, kijk je uit over de prachtige vallei en kun je genieten van de rust en de natuur. De studio appartementen zijn gelegen in de Vipava Vallei, dicht bij de kust in het westen van Slovenië. We hebben hier ons droomhuis gerenoveerd en er in 2025 twee studio appartementen gerealiseerd. Vanuit jouw appartement loop je zo het Natura2000 Trnovo gebied in, maar ook het dorp is dichtbij voor boodschappen of een drankje.
