Bedroom 1 features a King bed and closet Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, closet, DVD player and TV, along with a family friendly assortment of DVD's so the kids have a place to wind down after a long day out playing. Fully stocked kitchen with plates, pans, silverware and assorted small electrics as well as microwave, pizza oven, and stove and full size fridge. Living space includes table, couch, and chairs for seating. New mini split.

A beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom modern cabin nestled in the Smoky Hills of Minnesota that has all the amenities & is welcoming you! There is a main floor bedroom with small closet for your use. Also a loft bedroom with a queen bed. Bathroom has a shower and a full sized washer and dryer for your needs. The cabin is built overlooking a small lake with excellent views. There is a covered screened in porch and an open deck with a barbecue grill. Come enjoy this property as much as we do.

The New House

This property is unique as a brand new constructed house for you to enjoy on the west side of Lake Bemidji. In the morning you may hear the loons on the lake with your windows open or sitting calmly on the back patio. You can cook in the full kitchen and enjoy the grill in your own backyard sanctuary. In the evening, you can enjoy a bonfire or hot tub in the back yard of this safe neighborhood. The spacious house is great for gatherings, is pet friendly and children of all ages are welcome

Located across from a small quiet lake, minutes from downtown Pequot Lakes, 10 minutes from downtown Nisswa, Gull Lake, and so much more! Our cabin has all of the conveniences of a modern build, in a space that feels like a traditional up north cabin that has been a part of Minnesota for years. You’ll be able to enjoy our secluded property, cedar barrel sauna, fire pit, Loon Lake public access, and more!

Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.

It’s ideal for families or low-key groups of friends to lounge on the beach, gather around the fire pit, grill, fish, or play on the water. A canoe, 4 kayaks and a paddle boat are provided for our guests. In the winter, our lake is popular among ice fishers, cross-country skiers, and snowmobilers, with hundreds of miles of trails close by.

My home has a private entrance for guests leading to 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious living room and kitchen as well as private laundry. Relax next to the fire pit overlooking the lake and roast your favorite treat. Explore nearby downtown Park Rapids, bike the Heartland Trail or make a trip to the headwaters of the Mississippi at Itasca State Park.

Known for its water clarity, hard sand bottom, and few weeds. We are truly a premier destination for all. Winter enthusiasts can enjoy easy access to trails around the Park Rapids Area. Plus access to the lake for ice fishing. **Full dock access with power and plenty of room for trailer parking on site.

Grab groceries on your way in and spend the day enjoying some of the many outdoor adventures that northern Minnesota has to offer. In the evenings, relax with a bonfire on one of the two patios and watch for wildlife, including cows out in the pasture.
