This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

The Annexe sleeps 4 through a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. There is an enclosed garden and seating area.

There are a variety of stately homes (including Sandringham) to visit, and Hunstanton, the historic gateway town to the North Norfolk Coast, is not too far away.

Downham Market has lots to offer visitors including many independent coffee shops, shops and restaurants also Wetherspoons (The Whalebone), Greggs and Subway all within a 5 minute walk. The town has market day every Friday & Saturday. We are also a 10 minute walk from the train station.
