we had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and public transport. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again in the future. If you need something, ask to Charlie or Diana. They always to help you.

This was a great stay and very conveniently located. We had easy access to the metro (3 min walk to the A line) for when we wanted to head into Manhattan, but also a parking spot for when we wanted to drive out to Long Island. The place itself was also spacious and comfortable.

This was a really great place to stay for my 3 day trip. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to get to the bus. Elyse was on top of communication throughout my stay and prior, and Kelly (co-host) whom I met upon arrival to the house was really kind and helpful. Kelly made sure I was comfortable and overall I would return or recommend to others!

M C was a great host. He was very responsive. The place was clean and cozy. Would stay again whenever visiting area.

We had a fantastic stay at Amy and Heziey’s place. There is plenty of space at the apartment with literally everything you could ever need. What stands out for this Airbnb is undoubtedly the hosts, they were so helpful and communication was brilliant. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood with access to the subway a short 10-15 minute walk away. It is a little far from Manhattan but not a problem with good subway connections. We had the best stay.

I have stayed at several places in the rockaways and this is the best location so far. very convenient to restaurants, all night deli and other shopping, bus and subway transport, two blocks to the beach. All have some noise from JFKs jets but between location and good windows it was minimal here. The room is spacious with a great bathroom and the walk-in closet is larger than any I have seen other than in movies! The room is a work in progress as when I inquired about the one listed on airbnb, that was taken but Michelle kindly offered this as-yet-unlisted one with the understanding it wasn't fully outfitted yet, but Michelle and Juan (both very friendly) promptly provided a few things I requested. The only negative is bed is a futon on a rigid frame so not as comfortable as my tempurpedic at home, but I actually slept well on it.

We were in the area for the Five Boro Bike Ride and this place was great! It was very well equipped with lots of amenities we enjoyed eating out on the deck and walked one night to nice Mediterranian restaurant. The location for the ride was excellent. it was a 10 to 15 minute bike ride to the start and only 2 miles from the finish. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The icing on the cake was allowing us to return to the house to checkout after the race, especially as we got rained on and really appreciated a quick shower before our drive home. Highly recommend!

Daniel was a thoughtful host and made his apartment a great home away from home. The beds were comfortable and he had provided thoughtful touches and amenities that guests might need. Parking was easy, and he had even offered to move his car when our guest arrived. It was easy to walk to the beach or to the ferry to Manhattan. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would stay here again on our next visit to family.

Ann Marie is a wonderful host, her home is beautiful and we were happy to spend our 2nd Thanksgiving there. Our family felt right at home, close to all we needed. Thanks Ann Marie.
