Casa ubicada en el barrio histórico de Irish Hill, a una corta caminata a la popular Baxter Ave. y Bardstown Rd., famosa por sus restaurantes, cafeterías y su vida nocturna. El centro de la ciudad esta a muy corta distancia. La casa fue construida en 1879 y completamente remodelada, con su cocina moderna, patio completamente cercado y lugar para fogata.
