We came to Reno for our Nephews wedding. We had a wonderful 4 nights in our rental. We did bring our dog and my mother in law. Knowing that we were going into a rental that allows pets we were ready for it to be a little dirty and maybe dog hair around….. but that was not the case. This place was clean clean clean!! The location was perfect for everything Reno. We even got parking every time on the street right in front of the rental. Even though we had a designated parking for the spot it was great to have options. The place was very sound proof. We couldn’t hear people down stairs or the rooms next to each other and even outside noise. Plenty of room in the rental and all necessary amenities. We would stay here again for sure!!

Oscar was very friendly and sent instructions much earlier than I usually get from hosts. I ended up not completely understanding the email so, I ended up in the wrong room, at first. I really liked the treats they left and all the beds were comfortable and clean. I would recomend

We loved staying here! The checkin process was great and Patrick was very responsive. The location is near everything you need; restaurants, bars, casinos, etc. The apartment was spotless and everything was nice and clean. When we go back to Reno, this will be our home! Thanks so much Patrick!

Pet-friendly cozy place to stay in midtown Reno. Loved how well they maximized the space! Kitchen was stocked, good closet space and the bed was tall enough that you could stow things under the bed if need be. Lots of resources for a guide around town. Ample and clear instructions after booking and great reminders that the host is always available to help. A great spot in town that’s safe and near to all the yummy restaurants and bars in midtown. Also close to a grocery store if you want to cook in the kitchen at the bnb. ***Might be a little tight if you’re a couple with a bigger dog.

Great location and host was very responsive. Quickly arranged for a new coffee machine when the existing one was broken.

I had a wonderful stay at Meghan and Matt's Casita. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Both hosts were super helpful, and the location in Incline Village was very beautiful and quiet. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to travel to North Lake Tahoe!

The unit was clean and comfortable. I really liked the concrete floors. The furnishings were very comfortable also. I thought the unit had a full backyard, but it only has a small patio. Fortunately, my dog is medium sized. It worked out fine. Tori was a great communicator. We had no issues for the four days we were there.

John's place was exactly as described. Super spacious, clean, quiet. The home was close to the heart of town, and only 8-10 minutes from the airport. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking, plus the added touch of oils, spices, tea and coffee. It was a great stay, we would definitely book this again if ever in Reno.

It's a good location, with easy Uber rides to the casinos, and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. The house has everything you could ask for and more. If you have a dog, this is the place to stay. They will be in heaven in a fully-fenced in backyard. There are bowls and even a crate with a bed inside. My pup had a better time than we did, and our stay was fabulous. Kudos to Becky for the perfect Airbnb.

They did an incredible job preserving the history of the home and displaying it for guests to see, while also updating the home. The details were amazing; they thought about everything! The home was incredibly clean; with so much thought being put into everything. Some things to note: There is at least 1 apartment on the 2nd level, which the host lives in. The entrances are not attached, but we initially weren't made aware that we didn't technically have the whole house to ourselves. The host was very nice and respectful and didn't make any crazy loud noises. We just weren't aware he was there initially. The host's father also stopped by and checked in randomly on us a few times. He was nice and just wanted to find out how we liked the place and if we needed anything. We enjoyed how much they care about the property. Overall, we LOVED the place and would definitely return.

A very nice older home in a quiet neighborhood. It was exactly what we needed for our few days in Reno. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, but just be mindful if there are other tenants in the back units they will be right next to you and therefore no privacy if you’re in the backyard. But I give it a great rating as it served our needs perfectly. The host Jo is extremely responsive and accommodating and we were able to check in early

Stayed at Tyler's place for a guy's weekend for March Madness. Check-in was easy (keypad), place was in great shape, and plenty of room for us to hang out or if we needed privacy. Kitchen had what we needed for the meals we cooked, and the grocery store was about 5 minutes away. We did spend time at the casinos, which were about 10 minutes or less (depending on where you go). We usually flip-flop between Reno & Tahoe for our trip, and when Reno comes around, we will definitely consider Tyler's place!

We’ve had a wonderful time staying here the past two years with our family. Being right on the water is incredibly peaceful and made for a relaxing getaway. The home is well-kept and comfortable. I really appreciated the hands-off approach and the quick communication. While we were surprised by the significant price increase this year, the overall experience continues to be rejuvenating.

Very safe and quiet neighborhood. We never needed to contact host. We did run into co-host when we got there. He lives across the street. All instructions were clear. Very nice stay. Didn't notice in pictures, but there are 3 steps inside the door to the main level. Very close to Summit Mall. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We were very comfortable. Bed was great. Kitchen was well equipped. We would stay here again.

Thank you Blake! Staying here was perfect for our trip. Everything we went to was within 15 minutes walking distance! Right in the heart of Midtown, which I didn't know that was THE place to be! We enjoyed people watching in the area! We loved the view the place had of the surrounding area. Reno is gorgeous! Getting to the place was easy and it helps that the house is easy to spot! There was plenty of parking and we didn't have any complaints with the check in process. Blake is very responsive and I was impressed overall! Thank you very much for having us!!! Aloha!!

We really enjoyed our stay with Tom’ place. Tom was super proactive with communication. He is flexible with checking in time. The place is super clean. There are many restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is super quiet. The checkout process is sooo easy. Book this place and you won’t regret it.

This rental was a delightful surprise! It was very clean, quiet, and had everything you could possibly need. The location was interesting—at first I was a little nervous, but it turned out to be lovely, especially with the beautiful park just across the street. The bed was firm, which I enjoyed, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. A great stay overall!

Phenomenal unit with futuristic showers! Great amenities and felt very comfortable staying there. Surrounding area is a bit suspect but gentrification is currently happening. No issues with anybody during our stay.

Peaceful retreat in a well-appointed condo overlooking the Truckee River.

The condo was beautiful, spotless and beautifully decorated. We were in Reno for 30 days visiting my daughter and Laneys place truly felt like home. The River Trail right by the site is beautiful and I went walking almost every day night. Also walked to a local coffee shop, and to downtown Reno. Laney was very quick to reply to any communication I sent. We will be back next year and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Laney for a very pleasant stay in your beautiful place.

Katrina is the most amazing host I've ever had the pleasure of working with! She is so responsive, helpful, proactive, understanding, reasonable, and thoughtful! Even when things went wrong, she was there to get everything back on track. For example, the TV blew up on the second or third day we were there and she got it replaced quickly! (And provided us with a generous discount for the inconvenience.) The apartment is just as the listing described. The king bed is comfy, the water is hot and the water pressure is good. We loved the recliners in the couch. The washer/dryer combo unit isn't my favorite but it was nice to have the option available. The location is pretty great! The neighbors are super friendly and it's close to shopping and downtown. There are a couple cats that hang out in the area and they're super cute and friendly. All in all we had a good stay and we would absolutely stay with Katrina again!

We really love the house so much. It has everything we need. Very cozy and quiet. Kids loved the bunk bed and the LED lights were a surprise for them. Close to the ski resort and golf court where we can play snow and sled. We’ve been staying at Tahoe for 3 seasons and this place was the best.
