The Stone House in Aspro (North Side)

The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

Markos Villa is built on the top of a hill offering an amazing view. There is a BBQ and a private pool with a children's area. The house has two floors and an attic. At the ground floor you will find the living area, the kitchen, a wc and a veranda. On the first floor, there are one twin and one double bedroom - both with private balconies - a bathroom and a big veranda. On the attic there are a twin bedroom and a living area.
