This self catering accommodation is suitable for people seeking peace and tranquillity, but also families with children. Looking forward to seeing you! Martin & Marian Barry The Burren Farm Cottages are situated on the edge of the world famous Burren region, which is an unspoiled part of Ireland. Here in the Burren, the bare exposed limestone which is up to 780 metres in thickness, covers an area of 250 square kilometres. Great slabs of rock are almost as flat and undisturbed as they were when they were formed in the warm shallow seas of the Carboniferous ocean 340 million years ago. The Burren does not mean barren; people have settled here since Stone Age times. Evidence of their habitations and tombs are all around you. The unusual flora of the Burren has attracted huge interest and attention over the years. Rare and spectacular plants grow in abundance throughout this unique limestone region. Unusual butterflies and moths feed on the flora and the hazel scrub. Pine forests give cover to the larger animals including Pine Marten.

Ennis traditional townhouse

This special home is a short 5 minute walk from Ennis town centre, making it easy to plan your visit. This house is a private 1930's bungalow retaining some quaint traditional features whilst equipped with today's mod cons such as high speed Wifi, Smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. The house can accommodate up to 4 people in two double bedrooms. Guests can park two cars. Ennis is a lively historical town, a short drive to famous County Clare attractions and only 20 mins from Shannon Airport.

Cullinan House also known as Traditional Farmhouse is the original farmhouse for the Cullinan family going back many generations. It now sits along side The Old Cowshed which has been converted to living accommodation. Both are set on a 20 acre traditional farm overlooking the Burren National Park. The property is 5 min by car from the Village of Corofin and 14 minutes from Ennis the county town of County Clare. The Wild Atlantic Way and Cliffs of Moher are within 20 minutes of the property.

You are very welcome in “The Mews”, a charming converted barn located on the grounds of the 18th Century restored Fomerla House, also called Castleview Cottage. The Mews, a traditional barn with the convenience of modern life, is ideally located in a tranquil setting, convenient for exploring the sights of County Clare. It is 25 minutes from Shannon Airport, 15 minutes from Ennis, the medieval capital town of Clare and 10 minutes from Tulla, the local town.
