This was our second stay and just like last time, it was perfect for our family. Beds for our kids downstairs, a room for us upstairs and a gorgeous view of the lake frozen over. Lovely to sit by the fire and enjoy!

The place was fantastic and our kids absolutely loved it. Kofi was an excellent host and extremely responsive even helping us in a jam with a left item when heading to the airport. I would highly recommend this house and host for any trip to Minneapolis.

We enjoyed our stay at Jaymi’s place. We have family in Rochester so we weren’t at the house a lot, just to sleep and take showers. It was perfect for my family of four plus my parents. There were enough beds and towels for all. When we arrived back home I was met with a message that seemed accusatory. Jaymi asked if we unplugged the WIFI and disabled the electric lock to the front door. We didn’t do either. No one ever connected to WiFi and we would never disable a lock on someone else’s home, or even know how to. When we would lock the front door while leaving there was a red flashing battery on the top, we did take notice of it because it was as if the battery was going dead, we even joked about it locking us out. I’m positive that was the issue, but was taken aback at the insinuation. Jaymi said that the internet provider was doing updates, but made no mention of the lock again. I want others to know that if you see an issue, communicate it, so you aren’t seen as the culprit.

Great space! My bridal party got ready here before my wedding and the lighting was great with the big windows! The master bedroom bathroom is amazing with a European vibe!

We stayed at the pool house for a bachelor party and it did not disappoint! Being in early April we wanted to find a unique air bnb with something to do for 12 guys and we all had a blast swimming and throwing the football around. There are a lot of amenities, floatees, board game, tennis court with rackets etc. and the host was very thoughtful in setting this up. The kitchen was very nice and well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this place to any group getaway!

Jill was a wonderful hostess who communicated well and made us feel at home right away. The place is great, very peaceful, well-stocked, and cozy. Loved the gas stove and nice kitchen area which is open to the comfy living room and fireplace. Downstairs bedroom is very comfortable and peaceful as well. It is very close to everything you need including a whole foods, co op, and the beautiful St Croix River. Lots of walking right out from the house and Hudson is very close with lots to do and beautiful walks along the river. Perfect oasis near the cities!

The location was perfect and very close to downtown excelsior and surrounding areas. The home was inviting, comfortable and updated. It felt cozy and had amenities to meet all our needs. We loved the private backyard and wish the weather would have been better to enjoy the outdoor fire pit. I highly recommend Jim and Lisa’s home and hope to be back next time we visit the area.

Clean, spacious, and lots of room for guests to stay over. Enjoyed having good appliances and amenities.
